La Niwasa Luxury Resort

The hotel is located in quiet Mallital. It's away from the mall road hustle bustle but the hotel provides a shuttle to go to the mall road as well as pick up which is great as you can park your car in the hotel and get to explore the mall road. ||I booked an Executive Room with Hill View for 3nights 4days. The room was spacious and clean and comes with a balcony with hill view. I would recommend to book this category. The stay was comfortable and the best part was the service especially food. I had all my dinners in the hotel every night. The buffet spread was decently good although I do feel they need to add more staff on breakfast duty because 2 people are not enough for 15 tables. ||My overall experience was great and I will happily book this place again on my next trip to Nainital.

The property is located at a beautiful place, it's not very far from the mall road, also the hotel provides you with the pick and drop services. The staff is very kind and good natured, especially the guys who work at the reception (both morning and evening shift). I had a pleasant experience staying there. They also gave us an early check in, it was really sweet of them. Only the price of the room we booked was a bit expensive, and the included breakfast was not upto the mark. Apart from that we had a great experience staying here. Thank you. 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Niwasa. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Reception manager Arjun sir was really helpful too! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect balance of modern amenities and local charm. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food, and the peaceful location made it ideal for relaxation. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with excellent service and facilities. Highly recommend!

10/10 for hotel service...staff behaviour and management team. Location is absolutely perfect. Guitarist and singer is there at campfire that was the main attraction for us because we were around 20 members. Toilet bathrooms are absolutely hygiene and clean. The providers Wi-Fi which is absolutely great. They provide a car service facility upon personal request. Food is 10 out of 10 especially local salad and local dishes..... Chef personally requested us to try a local salad and dishes including explanation of the content. We are absolutely happy.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with friends on one of my friend’s bachelor party. The prices were on higher side. Food is very costly too. But the rooms were very good and good space. The best part is the view from the balcony. If weather if good you really going to enjoy that view. It’s best for couples.

The staff were friendly & attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant served tasty, fresh meals with a good selection of options to suit all tastes. Location is very good Rooms very good Service is also good but unfortunately we faced an issue regarding heater and discussed with reception many times. Finally resolved and provided appropriate heater. Appreciate Mr Ajay Gangwar with his kindness while sorting this out and very cooperative

Aesthetic looking hotel premises. Food provided in buffet has variety and is delicious. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Deepak was specially helpful. Although rooms need a bit of refurbishments.
