Hotel Silverton, By Aspen

My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The level of discomfort and lack of privacy is beyond comprehension. During my stay, I caught a staff member peeking through the bathroom window while I was using the washroom. This is an appalling breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. I felt unsafe and disrespected throughout my time here. Despite raising this issue, no action was taken to address the situation. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also a serious violation of guest trust and dignity. I strongly advise against staying here. No one should have to deal with such inappropriate and invasive conduct in a place they expect to feel secure.

Rooms were nice but there bathroom was very stinky whole drainage was flowing back to bathroom, no other problem with room, rooms were very spacious. There staff was so nice and humble providing fantastic room service. Lake view from the room was awesome I believe very few hotels are there with this great view. Food quality was great but taste was not up to the mark but yeah it was manageable. Overall was a good stay at this hotel.

Rooms: Latches were loose and were malfunctioning especially of washroom. Phone inside one of our room was not working. View: Breathtaking view. 5 stars for lake view Service: Good Location: Although hotel is near to the mall road but its at a higher altitude . Hotel does not provide any cab/vehicle service. You need to do your own cab from the mall road to commute. You can opt for stairs also which were around 100 in count . Food: We ordered Maggi which was not that good in taste but quantity was enough.

The hotel is located at a very high location, you will have to take your car through steep slopes go reach there. You will have to take a lot of stairs from mall road to reach back to hotel and there is no proper parking for your car. The food is over costly like a tea for around 70-80rs. Rooms were quite spacious and view from hotel was undoubtedly exceptional but the service was really very very poor. I would recommend you to book offline if you are travelling during off season.

The location is near Mall Road but it's above a steep hill, so every driver will demand 200 for the car to just step up. The view from rooms is very good. You can watch the whole Nainital lake. The service is good, quite friendly.

And yes one thing more tea was very very expensive.. 1 tea cost of rs. 75 and taste was not that much good.. Pls reduce the rate of tea to 30-40 in between.. Thankyou

The experience and ambience for the place was phenomenal,the view you see first thing in the morning is mesmerising,leaving you not wanting to take your eyes off the scenery. The service of the hotel was also great and the food was very tasty.The staff was also very courteous and kind. Overall,a very great experience and one that I would surely like to experience again asap ‼️

I booked the hotel for 3 nights. I must say location of the hotel is not good it is above the mall road one should climb 104 steps to reach the hotel. Food was too costly so we didn't order anything Service was pathetic intercom not working, lighting in the room was bad there were only 3 or 4 lamps. There are spiders in the bathroom. And rest about bed , tv unit , and cupboard I'll show you the images you can check your self. Overall one of the pathetic stays it is not hotel it is just a servent rooms
