We had booked the entire resort for a family event and I thank Shivani and her staff for all the arrangements. Great hospitality and courteous staff. It's a beautiful property with breathtaking mountain view for all the rooms. The lawn area setup with mountain view was a picture perfect to host large gathering of 50 people. They also have a captivating restaurant setup where we had fun activities and was our dance floor. Not to miss, our D-delay celebration bubbled up with India winning the world cup. Last thing on the food spread, our guest enjoyed it and I thank them for their extended timings to accommodate this large group.

Decent rooms. Good staff. The food is fine and the place offers a good view of the mountains. To get there is a hassle and you’re better off reaching in daylight. Rooms are expensive though.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Views from the resort are breathtaking and the management was gracious enough to offer us a room peering into the mountain valley. There are two terraces with views and space to relax in the evening and one rooftop with a swing. Rooms are clean and spacious, and can accomodate a maximum of three adults. Food is great and staff is very courteous and attentive. Had the opportunity to meet the owner and manager both of them are very warm and lovely people who make every attempt to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Overall, great experience and a definite recommend if you're stopping at Ramgarh.

It was an amazing stay there. The property is beautiful and the staff was polite and nice at all the times. We didn’t feel like leaving the property and going out to the nearby spots. Must recommend to everyone planning a vacation near Nainital

A standout moment was when they arranged a live screening of the India-Pakistan T20 World Cup match, making it an exhilarating experience for us cricket enthusiasts! The location of the property is another highlight, offering breathtaking views of the valley that are simply mesmerizing. Whether it was sipping our morning coffee while gazing at the scenic landscape or relaxing in the evening with the stunning sunset as our backdrop, every moment was magical. PLEASE DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE During my visit, I witnessed a lady serving her staff in a very rude manner. She was not only harsh towards her team but also shouted at other guests, including myself. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling very unhappy with my visit. I believe that respectful and courteous interactions are crucial, especially in a hospitality setting. I hope you can address this issue to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
