Grand Amanta Lazy Heaven

JuSTa Corbett is the beautiful property located in village Kyari, Ramnagar, Jim Corbett. My friend Sanket from Justa Mukteshwar helped me to book this property and he very cordially assigned Dileep from Justa Muktesshwar to contact me and confirm the booking. I visited this property with my family and our overall stay was very comfortable. They welcomed us with cheerful smiles and welcome drinks. The check-in was very smooth and they provided us with the best category rooms of their resort. The rooms were cozy and thoughtfully designed with all modern amenities. The views from the rooms were amazing, overlooking the garden from the front and agriculture fields from the rear balcony. ||All staff were helpful and special mention to Sami and Khushi Suyal. They were very polite and provided us with the best hospitality. My daughter was very happy playing with them. The food was very tasty and the best part was that their head scheff asked us about the food quality and taste and if we want to give any suggestions for improvement. ||Location of the resort is very serene amidst nature in the village Kyari, The last 6 km drive to the resort is through pristine forest and if you are lucky you can spot the wildlife. Our overall stay was very comfortable and we would like to visit again during our next visit to Corbett National Park. The property landscape was good, the staff was very polite, the rooms were spacious, however the property lacked cleanliness for example the pillow covers were not clean, some of the towels had stain marks, while bathing the water flows from the shower area to the toilet area making it difficult to walk out of the washroom. The rooms had bad odour when we entered and had to request room freshner.|The restaurant menu had limited options and some items listed in the menu were not being served. The restaurant service was very slow. The food was average.

Worst experience in any Justa resort. Service is a big issue here . Dirty swimming pool without attendent(many broken tiles in pool). Smoking/drinking going on in pool, noone bothered. Wait time of atleast 45mins to get towels. Pathetic condition of food service where do not expect anything in time .Dirty rooms with very low light (depressing), have to get room changed (Thanks to Khushi). Arrogant manager (someone called Manjeet singh) who never interacted in 48 hrs even specifically asked for interaction. Hence we got idea if Manager is like that how can staff work on making good customer experience.Overall this property is like black spot in Justa resorts.Justa Management to check issues.

Disappointing experience at Justa Jim Corbett.| • Poor service — towels took over 45 minutes, No Attendant at pool.| • Dirty pool, smoking/drinking happening openly.| • Food service was slow and unorganized.| • Room was unclean with low lighting.| • Manager Manjeet Singh was completely unresponsive throughout our 2-day stay.||Even guests checking out before us warned about the same issues.||Not up to the standards expected from a Justa property. Needs serious improvement

Justa Lazy Haven Corbett is a wonderful place for a staycation. Sokender suggested this property for my 10th marriage anniversary celebration, and it was the perfect choice. The hospitality was amazing, each staff member was very kind and helpful, and the food was just awesome. Thanks to Sokender and the entire Justa Corbett team for making this moment so memorable for me and my family! thanks 🙏 Everyone

Pure bliss and peaceful place with a beautiful road goes to the hotel , Kanishk, Khushi, chef Baldev , Pawan, Khushboo, Nisha and so many more are their stars those makes your stay extra special and takers care of you like a family. It’s a budget hotel which comes with breathtaking views and peace which is a bliss there . Kudos to the team .

The cleanliness of the rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice, polite & friendly. The hotel's location is perfect and easy to locate. The quality of the service is outstanding. The views from the hotel is great. Special mentions for Nisha & Pawan for taking excellent care of us and kids. |Ruchi & Kanishk are warm hosts.

Really good stay,|Property was well maintained, |Rooms were good||Best part is the locality,|Serine location|Food was tasty ||They even helped me with jeep booking for safari, which was very handy||Suraj and Khushi were very helpful,|Overall highly recommend.
