I wanted to book a few rooms with american meal package but there's no way to get on a call with the concerned person. The phone number on Google and your website is outdated. I spent time researching your property, going through your website and reviews but that's been a waste of time.

They play high volume Punjabi music till late night, disturbing the whole environment and the peace of jungle. Not sure how they get permission.

The rooms were well versed and equipped with everything The only problem was a lot of insects I think the pest control was not done which is not desirable even after many requests made by me. They didn't perform a single action and after second day my stay the TV stopped working because of no recharge after calling. They just ignored my request. The service was great and the restaurant manager was great 👍 . Location was desirable as views were great the road for coming is poor . But Food in restaurant was tasty and fresh

The resort is really good and has all the things you would expect generally for a 2-3 day stay. Pros: - Rooms are good with a nice balcony. We booked the Bali rooms. - Food is tasty with ample number of options in buffets. - There is enough area for you to stroll and play outdoor sports like cricket and volleyball. - The swimming pool is also available with proper showers. The pool water is also cleaned regularly. - The staff is really helpful. - They try their best to provide the indoor games like caroms and playing cards etc. Cons: - The rooms are a bit expensive. It's more of a 3 star hotel experience at best. - Some of the amenities were missing like basic dental kit ( toothbrush, paste etc), wiper for cleaning the water. Also, there were no carpets outside bathroom.

Loved my stay here. They have a lovely property with lush greenery everywhere. Staff was very polite and helpful. They help with Jeep Safari bookings also. Best place to have a relaxing weekend. Room was super clean and aesthetic. My husband & I spent 3 days here and we had a lovely time.

This place is very beautiful weather is so soothing. Being Maharashtrian I'm a bit choosy with my food but here I had completely satisfied with my food. The taste was delicious for every cuisine. Recommending this place if you ever plan to go to Jungle Safari.

The property is very beautiful, staff behaviour and food was just amazing. The interior of the rooms were really appealing and cozy. You can chill with your friends at the pool area also there is a river as well at only 100 meters distance from the resort. So you will get to see an amazing view as well. Overall it was such a great experience for me.

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Vivanta . To start with the resort itself had a pleasing view so appealing to the eyes. The luscious green sit out , the swimming pool the cozy rooms. Their buffet during breakfast and Dinner was also commendable everything tasted different . Their room service and the entire staff was really accommodating, helpful and extremely pleasant in their attitude. We were extremely happy with their services.
