We had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy. The jungle safari was the highlight of our trip—truly an unforgettable experience. Our child had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying the activities, which made the visit even more special. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. From the peaceful surroundings to the excellent service, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family!

Location and service was great but the room number 103 given to us was pathetic. It was stinking of termites. Most of the wooden furniture was rotting with termites trails on it. Even on requesting the management for any alternative, no one did anything except the room service guys who provided room sprays. The management was aware that the room was not good but still rented it out to us. Front desk lady was rude and unwelcoming. Food was bad (mainly the idly/chutney/sambhar) but the restaurant staff made some items on our request which is appreciated. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone as the attitude of the hotel management was poor with NIL customer service.

We stayed for a night at this hotel for our safari in Jim Corbett park. Had booked a room for 3 adults with breakfast and dinner. Our safari was from Amdanda gate in Bijrani zone which was about 15 minutes drive from our hotel. |Room was cottage type but just ok, room not well maintained. They provided a heater but not good enough for the room. The basic bathroom amenities were not provided. There is nice sitting places provided outside cottages. |Meals were very limited and no choices were provided for breakfast and dinner. However food preparation was good. Staff were very friendly and courteous. We seem to have paid much higher price compared to the facilities and amenities provided by the hotel. Parking is limited.
