The staff exhibited appalling hostility toward my friend, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. What was meant to be a relaxing stay quickly turned into an ordeal due to their aggressive and unprovoked behavior. I strongly advise others to avoid this resort until it addresses its gross incompetence in managing guest relations.

The vibe here is amazing...The staff is very cooperative and specailly the owner pankaj bhatt...He made sure that we enjoy here to the fullest..Their macroni is very tasty you should try and not forget to take a dip in the swimmimg poll...

Worst staff ever seen. Please don't go to this swimming pool, worst experience, worst behaviour by the owner of the pool. Please don't go to this pool. Found insects inside it. The pool staff is the worst. They don't have etiquette. Bkl mc

Worst pool you can go to. The last time I visited, the pool was very dirty. There was a big insect as well. He didn’t even mentioned that there is some repair work going on and pool is not clear. Wasted our time. Came back as it is. Today I called the manager to ask about the pool and told him whether it’s clean or not. He rudely said ”ana hai toh aao warna rehne do”. You can judge by this how they are running the business.
