I booked this whole property for my brother's marriage. The rooms are Great, especially Room No. - 408, with Bath Tub in the Bathroom. Housekeeping is very good and the Room Services are Excellent 👌... Restaurant food taste is Excellent... Hotel Gr. Mng. Mr. Pooran Ji is so cooperative and provide best service for the Guests, for my brother's marriage event he and his entire team worked very hard, tirelessly day & night. I am very thankful to all of them for making the event more Beautiful than I expected... I loved this place a lot... Most calm and peaceful property I have ever visited . It was lush green . Had a good quality time with friends. Food and staff was great . Staff was very. Generous and helpful . Rooms were designed very well and was of big size . Would definitely like to visit again

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Before booking, I confirmed with them that I would be arriving at 6:30 AM after a two day travel and was assured that a room would be available or they would look for options to help out, However, upon arrival, Sumeet at the reception informed me that the room I booked wouldn’t be available until 12 PM or even to freshen up, Instead, he insisted I pay an additional ₹3000 for an executive room to use until my room was ready, even though my original cost for the entire day cost ₹5000. Despite explaining that I had confirmed this arrangement in advance, he refused to listen. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which is not the way anyone wants to start their holiday. Instead of resolving the issue, he seemed more interested in making things difficult and feeding his ego. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a stress-free stay. Hospitality means being accommodating, not rigid and inconsiderate. This experience left a sour taste and completely ruined the start of my trip.

We loved everything about the narayana sanctuary. The suites are luxurious, and the large garden was perfect. The swimming pool is a refreshing spot to relax. Near most of the tourist spots such as Laxman jhula, tapovan and ramjhula. Overall perfect.

This is a very honest review and unbiased. I booked a cave room with mountain views. The location of the property is good, but the rooms were extremely small, dirty and there were no mountains to view, the staff is rude because the property is over hyped. I saw atleast 5-6 cancellation, specially from Agoda as they were taking offline reservation . The staff and owner is greedy as they will all try to offer you suite, breakfast had limited options. One of the staff member did confess that this is because of actore like Raghav Juyal who have hyped this property. Attaching the reality of the size of the room and there so called mountain view.

It was a great experience overall, the location is really nice. Pool was nice. Staff service was good. Must try their suites atleast once.

We enjoyed allot we had a great experience we are looking forward to come again with bigger group food & service is very prompt the property was very good swimming poool was clean rooms are very specious & cleen the weather was very good we had great experience
