I took a short break from Dehradun to Rishikesh with my friends, and staying at The Jungle Resort, Shivpuri with Perfect Stayz was the best decision we made. The property is surrounded by greenery and peaceful jungle vibes — perfect for unwinding. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had beautiful balcony views. The calmness of the place instantly made us feel relaxed and disconnected from the chaos of daily life. A special thanks to Tushika and Robin Sir — their hospitality was truly heartwarming. From the warm welcome to little thoughtful gestures, everything felt personal and genuine. And yes, the food was absolutely 10/10 — fresh, delicious, and served with love. We especially enjoyed evenings by the pool and starry skies — pure bliss! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy quality time with friends or family. Can’t wait to visit again! 🌿

A Quiet & peaceful resort situated away from city centre. A perfect place to find tranquility @ solace in the midst of forests. Though road connectivity is poor but thats the usp of the resort. I highly recommend this resort if you need to refresh your mind and be away from the hustle bustle of the city

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed, but still quiet and comfortable. The food was another highlight, really tasty with plenty of options to choose from. Staff were polite and attentive throughout. Overall, a solid stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Happy with Hotel in house staff and Food was good in taste. Overall all staff’s behaviour was good and Room Balcony view is awesome. There is one issue with them while booking the property, her staff name is Anshika, she mislead in pricing as I booked with food but they given CP and later I had to pay more.

TERRIBLE stay – easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely pathetic. We had to call reception over 100 times just to get basic things like towels—which still never arrived. Water took more than 10 calls to get and same with extra bedding. The bathrooms stank, had serious water flow issues, and clearly hadn’t been maintained. The pool was dirty, completely unusable. The restaurant food was shockingly low in quality, borderline inedible, and the service was painfully slow. We paid ₹6,300 per night per room—for what? This place isn’t even worth ₹500 a night. This was a complete rip-off. Avoid at all costs.

Rating: 0/5 Stars Subject: Disappointing Experience at [ Perfectstayz The Jungle Resort] Dear Resort Management I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your place . On 31st may a group of 9 friends booked 3 rooms, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. Room Issues - A large spider (over 5cm in length) was found in my bed, which was unacceptable. Additionally, two of my friends were not provided with blankets despite repeated requests. Service Issues -We requested water at 8:30 am, but it was not provided. This issue persisted even after a second request. The staff seemed absent during breakfast, and the service was inefficient. Breakfast Issues- The breakfast buffet was subpar, with unclean plates and cutlery, and the food was bland. Management Issues- When I contacted the manager to report these issues, I was met with rudeness and a lack of concern. Cleanliness Issues- The toilets were dirty, and essential amenities like soap and bathing products were not provided, even after repeated requests. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained. Key Concerns - Insufficient staff (only 2-3 staff members) - Poor maintenance and cleanliness - Inefficient service - Unacceptable room conditions Conclusion Our overall experience at [Perfectstayz The Jungle Resort] was extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend this resort to anyone. We hope that you will take our feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience.
