very dirty rooms and they are very unsafe for families. the person with whom you talk on the phone is not present there and a worker is there who is always drunk he is ill-mannered he didnt give us a towel, soap, or water. no one was there to listen to you. it was a horrible experience and would never suggest anyone to visit there

Worst experience and worst hotel in entire nainital....food not available, staff was drunk and rude, they are charging for plates and spoons....very bad service. No higiene, no fans, no lights in bathroom and no TV, bamboo rooms are full with insects...... please don't visit this worst hotel

Never visit...oyo has downgraded too much. Stincky room filled with insects. Accessibility is very bad, only 1 support staff but least interested in service. Pillow, bedsheets and comforters are dirty, smelly and filled with spots! NEVER RECOMMENDED!

Only location and ambiance are good, service is pathetic1. The location is good as nearby market area, sight seeing points are easily reachable (Mukteswar 38 KM, Bhimtal 9KM, Naini lake 14 KM, etc.)n2. Cottage/room ambiance is good, wooden finish though they are pretty oldn3. Have open spaces for kids play and funn4. Car parking is available.1. No minimum resort level facilities, even we have not provided bath towels. Only 2 small soaps and geyser have been provided in the name of facility. No other toiletries (you need to bring your own) n2. No cleanliness as we have to request multiple times to get a small thing cleaned. The bed sheets and blankets are dirty as well.n3. Staff behavior (not all) and way of talking are not adequate toward guests. The man Lalit is a real jerkn4. Service accomplishment time is too high (more than an hour after request and you must ready for multiple follow-ups) n5. After 10:00 PM no hotel staff is reachable, even if there is an emergency (we had experienced one on our first night stay)n6. Think thrice before booking or confirming this resort

It was a horrible experience as the person at the reception was drunk as well as had no mannerism. The beds were not clean neither were the washrooms. The same person was the receptionist, helper and cook with such rudeness. When we asked him to clean the room and the fact that he was mannerless and drunk, he banged the room door then walked saying if you wanna stay other you can leave. We left as there was no option and had to struggle for a room with family as it was already so late.

Rooms are okay but the number of staff should be increased to provide services on time. Though owner accepted to provide us fresh linens but I feel, why should a customer as for it. It should have been done in advance. Most other residents were also not so happy with services. Location wise, not easy to take small cars at the entrance of resort.

No doubt great location since hilly area, good weather. Rooms are decent but the service is below average. We had to notify them about room cleaning and water service and any assistance too.

Worst pathetic experience, location was so confusing if you don't have internet then you can't reach here...No electricity, No water, No food available...only 1 staff serving here. They're fooling tourists by charging for every single service
