Palash Queen Resort

All staffs in this resort are very careful, cooperative and obedient. I feel here homely atmosphere. It is situated very near a big lake with calm and clear natural beauty. I felt very happy here.

Tour Date : 19/10/2024.The Rooms were not properly cleaned. Bed Sheets were dirty, the blanket was smelly. The bathroom was not cleaned as well. Ac not working. One should carry mosquito repellent cream if anyone wants to stay here as the hotel doesn't provide any mosquito nets, the area is full of mosquitos 🦟. Food was not okay. The manager behavior was very bad. He threatened me.

Me, with my parents, have just completed our trip to Purulia, with the package provided by The Palash Queen Resort. It's not peak season now. But we enjoyed a lot. This Resort has amazing hill view AC rooms with all proper arrangements. Specially the food, cooked by their chef, was beyond excellent. Organic vegetables were very fresh and tasty. Kanai da has taken care of us like family. Manager Raju da is very polite. And last but not the least, Our driver was soo friendly and a wonderful person. We really enjoyed a lot. Thank you.

Worst experience ever . Hotel manager is the most illiterate person I have ever met . All fake promises no maintenance at all . The manager has the ability to spoil ur mood single handedly. Bed sheets are torn and after our repeated knock they don't change bed sheet. 😒 Last but not the least the food is very bad in taste coffee like hot water chicken pokora like veg pokoka and many more. 🤮 Please think twice before ......😌
