Rooms, particularly the fixed tents are supposed to be taken care of by the Government of W.B. This issue is out and out neglected. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days or even more. The ambience is wonderful, serene and peaceful, located on the foot hill, facing the huge Baranti lake. The behaviour of the staff inclusive of the managers is excellent. The food is delicious, not much expensive though. A short/long walk through the dam or round the hill is highly enjoyable.

Location is awesome. Just in front of dam.There is a watchtower from where you can get a nice picture of the landscape full of mountains and Baranti dam. Rooms are good. Service is OK. The staff behaviour is also good.

The surroundings are very good. Go to the top of the watch tower to enjoy the natural life. Since its off-season service was not available in its full capacity. However, the on spot manager was ready to provide veg & fish items for lunch.

Spend two nights in a deluxe room in the resort. Location is very good . one side lake and the other side is hill. The garden and all buildings need maintenance badly.Attention Authority. Food and personal care was very good.

It is located at the foot of hills which provides an mesmerising view. Baranti dam is also nearby which is a beautiful place. The room is very dirty. There was so much dirt and insects inside the room which was very disappointing. The bedsheet was also very much dirty. The bathroom condition was terrible. The amenities in the room was insufficient. They mentioned WiFi but it was not visible. There was free WiFi but I didn't even got those even after multiple refresh. The door lock was not smooth which created so much difficulty. I also had to ask if the food is ready everytime even after giving order 1 hour before. The behaviour of the manager is good. However he needs to give proper attention to improve room service, hygiene and guest satisfaction. It was a terrible experience for me.
