In all respect, outstanding. Services are very good especially fooding & lodging. The staff & others very good behaviour. We have enjoyed in boat. Pollution free.in jungles safari, we have very good enjoying. In the early morning visited village walking. We are enjoying the sundarban never we forget it.

We booked a 2-night, 3-day travel package with the resort and had a good overall experience. The stay was a mix of pros and cons: ||Pros:|1. Professionalism and punctuality|2. Good staff behaviour|3. Good condition of transport - bus, boat|4. Location|5. Limited menu but tasty food|5. The tour coodinator, Mr. Sukanta Bhowmick.||Cons:|1. The room was basic (double-bedded luxury AC room). Our room lacked a TV.|2. Cleanliness could have been better. Faded tea-stains on the bed sheet were a turn off.||I would recommend booking with the resort. It is small but homely. The staff are eager to please. I would like to mention that they picked us up from our doorstep for an additional fee as our flat happens to be on the route to Sunderban from Science City.

There were total 6 family members in our group. We started the tour with little hope but as the tour progressed we were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the tour. The type and cleanliness of vehicles, the behaviour and service of staff were all very good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good, transport was punctual. The staff made all efforts to make the stay comfortable and pleasant for us. Suggestion- In the park, a few slides, merry go round etc can be installed for the kids to enjoy the stay to fullest.

Welcoming Staff, great food , clean accommodation, great prices, trip was planned well. Guide was very informative. The dance and songs in the evening were great and described the Joy's and challenges on locals. Gardens were kept very well maintained perfect for stroll after meal or Yoga in the morning. Plenty of greenery everywhere. Temple on the site is another add on. Must Recommend.

Hospitality, foods, accommodation all was very good. Value for money. Sundarban tour itself is a different experience. You roam , watching deep forests, waiting a glimpse of wild animals, feeling the effect of high and low tide and when Basu da, our tour manager invites you for a delicious food, all becomes mesmerizing.

The rooms and bathroom were big, clean and tidy with proper amenities and services. Being situated in such a remote area, one may not expect as much but the rooms are all professionally maintained. Hygienic and well-organised dining area coupled with freshly cooked food - heavenly combination for any traveller. And this place serves it all with a smile. The hotel premises are all well-maintained and clean. The staff are all warm and welcoming. Perfect place to just relax and enjoy the calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities.

Nice experience in Sundarban Tiger Roar Resort. They arranged pickup and drop from Kolkata by bus and arranged boat for local sightseeing. They arranged tribal dance and baul song in the evening for entertainment. Food was good. Overall had a nice experience.

Excellent experience. Starting from the pick up from home, the journey to and from the resort, the guided tour of the jungle , resort stay and food, everything was simply outstanding. Must specially mention Sukanta, our tour coordinator, for his continuous and sincere efforts to make our stay memorable. All staff, including the boat crew was helpful and responsive to our every need. Hope to come back sooner rather than later.
