A fantastic place with an amazing team, excellent food, breathtaking scenery, amazing antique collection and a peaceful atmosphere. The lodging was exceptionally beautiful. In summary, everything was simply outstanding!

Property is breathtaking but the road is hell, I am driving in hills since 10 years but it was really hard to go through it, Very small road with sharp curve, not convenient to go with private car. One has to take life's risk to reach here. Mayfair jungpana should start helicopter service to reach there property.

This place is much beyond what one would expect after the waist breaking ride from Siliguri. The car drive is full of adventure and the driver does it as if he knows the place by the back of his hand. You get to criss cross the famous toy train on your way to Jungpana.Pravakar who trebles up as the security head, tour guide and event coordinator greets you with a wide warm smile. Mr Uma is ever welcoming and his smile and warmth will keep you mesmerized throughout your stay. If this was not enough, Chef Kailash will churn out ethnic and continental dishes alike and will ensure that you never forget him. The staff at the resort are mostly locals and will keep you telling about the Jungpana estate, its tea gardens and factory situated downhill.Pravakar will accompany you on tour guides for the trek uphill and factory tour downhill while doubling himself as the most sought after nature photographer.|Food is delicious and the freshly brewed tea from the estate will make you ecstatic.|The memory of this resort is Etched in my memory forever

Our stay was memorable. Beautiful property. Very well maintained and pictureseque 360 degrees view of the mountains and greenery. Very hospitable staff. The chefs went out of their way to make delicious and personalized food for us. Mr. Rudolf John, the Resort Manager was very courteous, knowledgeable, and ably heads the operations. The last leg of the road drive is a little difficult to travel but well worth the effort. Great experience.

The road leading to this hotel is hell. We had to make a U turn just few mins from reaching the hotel. We have stayed multiple times at Mayfair Darjeeling. Hoping this would be something in line - my family tried to venture this place . Nestled in beautiful lush green hills- all that is true. But how can one not think how will their guests reach the destination. Bad road is an understatement. It’s too too dangerous. My humble suggestion to all - do not visit this place until the road issue is sorted

Mr. Rudolph, the manager, personified hospitality, ensuring every moment was exceptional. The staff's warmth and efficiency added to the charm. The highlight was the serene swimming pool amidst the surrounding mountains and waterfall, offering a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Mayfair Jungpana Resort is a gem, where impeccable service meets natural beauty. Highly recommended for a top-class retreat.||

Mayfair jungpana is almost a 2 hour drive from bagdogra airport. The route to the hotel is breathtaking, the roads are full of curves & turns. It’s on a hill top with 360. degree view of tea gardens. The best part of the stay is the trekking which is almost 1 and half hour. No camera can justify the trek, it has many small water falls. Must do for all. The hotel has 12 rooms and it’s all inclusive. Meals are not lavish, they have less staff, they should include more local cuisine. The GM Rudolf is a charming guy very polite and well mannered. It’s a nice boutique hotel.

This is a new property just 10 months old . It has 12 suites all of different dimensions. Its home away from home .. what lovely surrounding.. its situated in the midst of hills and tea plantation.. the service was above excellence.. one extra star for all the staff out there..special mention of Mr.Uma who was always ready to help with anything. A waiter or waitress was always standing beside your table be it in restaurant or garden ready to serve as soon as your plate goes empty.. excellent service and warmth. They even organized a .mesmerizing holi programme with gulal, flowers ,thandai, sweets and music..we never expected but was exceptionally amazing.. a must visit place if you are someone who enjoys nature , good property and awesome hospitality. Food was good ... they had no menu ... u just ask them n they would prepare it ... live music every evening was ok but foot spa was awesome
