MAYFAIR Himalayan Spa Resort

I had the opportunity to experience the Himalayan Luxury glorifying the history of the place. Location is very good and at walking distance to the local market. Rooms are spacious and have all the luxuries one can expect. It was very well maintained with clear and well aerated rooms. The food was super tasty and had very nice variety in their spread. The team of Mayfair has made this resort a best experience. Thank you team Mayfair

Great location , iconic historical hotel going back to 1900’s. Kid and family friendly . Lush lawns and green surroundings with great views of Kanchenjunga, if one is lucky not to have a misty day||Only ONE BIG ISSUE are the room acoustics as one can clearly hear voices in the corridor and adjoining rooms. However if one is ok with that then Mayfair is a perfect hotel to use as a base for your local and out of town excursions ||Special call out to Manoj Jana, Head F&B and his team. Great hospitality , attentive service and delicious food . Kanchan, Sunaina, Anju, Arkadeep, Subedh were outstanding. So was Chef Sanjay. One could notice Mr Jana’s and Chef Sanjay’s watchful helpful eyes helping their respective teams to excel. ||The travel desk was a one woman show and Supriya was calm collected and super efficient ||Overall, we had a wonderful time at Mayfair Kalimpong

The stay was very nice. All amenities very good. Staff hospitality was fabulous. Rooms were super clean and hygienic. Special appreciation for Sonarip front desk manager for helping us out since we had some foreign guests also with us. Thanks a lot.

I had a lovely stay here with family. Staff were super attentive and welcoming. Props to Aruna and Mausam for making it feel like home....no scrap that, like royalty for the duration we were there.||Not to mention, great food and a lovely property.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Mayfair on a short trip. The rooms were large and luxurious, the view from the lawn really nice and the food was largely good, especially at the cafe. A shout out to Aruna, Aisha and Christina for taking care of the housekeeping chores efficiently and keeping our rooms clean and tidy during our holiday here!

when booked 2 rooms for 2 nights we were offered base room only and on checking have been assured that upgradation would be done next day since one conference was going and they all were checking it out on 18.12.24. To our surprise when the issue of upgradation came, the front office started marketing and demanded heafty amount and their attitude and the assurece have gone to drain. we didn't like the attitude of the person in charge and the room they alloted was some thing of a grave yard, the room window is opening with servant quarter . We were really disappointed with their assurance as they kept us in dark or when the rooms were available started doing marketing. had very worst and bad taste and request all not to book normal rooms as they are not at worth. We held my sister’s wedding at this hotel last year and it was a good decision. The property is gorgeous and the food was excellent. All our guests were delighted by the hospitality.
