Never book this fake hotel . There are mosquito in the room. With dirty walls and yellow stained bedsheed and pillow also the cigarette holes in bedsheet. The whole room and floor was smelling with cigarette. The Ac was also not working. They don't provide towels in the room. Pathetic hotel with pathetic staff. Long story short This hotel deserves - ratings Book at your own risk. Not recommended at all 🤬🤬🤬

Worst Hotel ever, plz don't book ever. Their wifi gets connected but don't work, their tv doesn't work because they don't have remote, house keeping is even worst, they anyhow cleaned washroom once in 3 days and dat too after i made them 10+ calls for cleaning. About food, even a road side food is better than their restaurant. Very horrible experience I got after 3 days stay Dat too at @₹3050 per day. Plz don't book this hotel else u will become a BP and heart patient after staying there, thats guaranteed.

The rooms were extremely dirty with poor maintenance. The AC wasn't working, and there were no towels provided. The washroom was in a deplorable state, worse than a public one. Despite repeated requests, the staff gave excuses instead of addressing the issues. I had to collect a towel myself after calling multiple times. The staff's unresponsiveness was disappointing, especially considering the high charges. Overall, the experience was subpar, feeling more like a 1-star hostel.

🚨 Horrible Experience at The Xen Suites – Kolkata Airport 🚨 I don’t know what kind of plumbing disaster this hotel has, but the bathroom in my room smelled exactly like a gutter. The moment I stepped in, I felt like I had entered a sewer tunnel. The stench was unbearable, and no amount of air freshener or open windows could fix it. The worst part? The water supply was just as bad—it smelled like something had been rotting in the pipes for years. Taking a shower felt like I was bathing in contaminated drain water. Tried complaining to the staff, but they either didn’t care or were used to guests suffering. If you enjoy the aroma of raw sewage with your morning routine, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay FAR away! ⭐ 0/5 – This place should come with a gas mask.

Be very aware of their staffs. I have tried to book 20 rooms on 29th to 1st dec 2025. They directed me to a person (Mr Akhilesh)who will finalize the rates. I spoke to him, we finalized the rates and I wanted an email confirmation, which every time I called, I was told that I would receive very shortly. Two days passed, after continuous follow up, I got a call from another person (Partha pratim) who was trying to fool me around that demand is very high on those days, management not agreeing upon agreed rate. Finally, I dropped off. Be very cautious because the staffs will try to fool u around. Be very very cautious. U just can't belive in staff's words of mouth.

We could get a so-so room by requesting thrice though hotel is not recommended for family, location wise it's in the outter region don't expect public transport. Staff was very polite and well behaved they helped us to change the room thrice.

Very bad experience. Staff is non- responsive and services are very bad. Even you will not get a water bottle or towel. Food buffet in breakfast is bad. Will not recommend to anyone for stay.

Truly one of my worst experiences. The entire property is not only disorganised and dirty, it shows that no one is even cleaning the hallways. There was a fridge dumped in the middle of the hallway for the entirety of my stay. Walls are cracking, paint is peeling, AC is filled with and caked with dust. A true horrendous place to stay.
