The Xen Suites - Kolkata Airport

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was terrible – dirty bedsheets with hard stains and hair, and the overall hygiene was shocking. The photos online are misleading and do not reflect reality. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful: the receptionist seemed clueless, and the security just sat there watching as we struggled with our luggage. This place doesn't deserve the high ratings it has – they seem to be from fake reviews. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.

I stay here recently . The best thing is whenever I call reception they try to give their best service. Behaviour of the staffs is really good specially the reception guys. Room is quite big at that prize point. Overall it was a nie stay

Absolutely pathetic stay. 1. Paid for superior room, yet got normal room. 2. Rooms are dirty and not clean. Bed linens are filled with stains. 3. AC and TV did not work. Personnel fixed AC while keeping us waiting in room. Overall, staffs are a bit better, but the rooms are not worth it. Honestly, even Oyo has better services. Work on your business.

The room sizes are huge but not clean, the bathrooms are not clean either. The balcony, corridors and all are dingy and maintenance is not good. Price is cheap but still can't justify that against cleanliness. Staff at the reception are slow although room service is speedy. The restaurent is very good though. Location is okay, its near the airport but there is nothing in the walkable range, no malls or shopping plaza.

The check in process was really smooth, the behaviour of the staff were also very nice. They were all very polite and was always eager to help. The only issue that I had was with the AC, as despite keeping it in 16 degrees, it felt like it wasn't cooling enough. I made a request to the reception, and they said they would send someone to check it, but no one came. Keeping this thing aside, there were actually no other problem, and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Last time we stay here with my friends. And that's a great stay . We enjoy a lot 😄...and staff behaviour is very nice friendly
