Beautiful hotel of the price. Situated close to Kolkata new market, which is very popular tourist destination, specially amongst Bangladeshi. You can find many cheap hotels in the sounding area but the reason I chose this one this time - because they are clean. Price was little higher than the cheap options but less than others with similar level of cleanliness. A bit of caution - very noisy and dirty area (but nothing they can do, the whole surrendering is like that).

The rooms were nice and clean. Also really stylish. But after leaving, they made us wait in the reception and checked the room if it was okay which was humiliating for us and asked for extra money which is unexpected. Also the staffs behaviour was a bit of rude as they barged in our rooms when we were resting. The interior and decorations were nice but the behaviour was really disappointing.

The food the service the people here are too nice , The biryani was top notch and just prefect. This restaurant gives you tasty food in budget friendly prices. Must try place 🥰

In this local hood all hotels are mostly dirty & small. Whereas this hotel is quite clean & stuffs are truly cordial. Recommended for Muslims as they have a good muslim restaurant as well

Room are very great , neat and clean, lift is available but old grill style, inhouse restraunt are available, which thaalis are not that great, rolls are tasty 1800/- rooms are very small, luxury rooms are more spacious and have some place to walk, all these above pictures are from luxury rooms.

Hotel reception girl is pathatic . Worst greedy girl. Force us to pay in cash . To save the Gst . 15 mins argument she made with me to pay roon charge in cash . No bill they provide.

Don't book this hotel by looking at the photos. Photographer did his job well. Third class service, breakfast and management. Dirty washroom, smells bad. Don't waste your money. Very bad hotel service, hotel staff, house keeping team special that housekeeping lady very bad ,she don’t know how to talk and using bad language.
