The Village Resort

Nice initiative amidst a piece of nature. There is a large lawn inside the resort for loitering. Rooms are cozy. Food is standard. Options are good. Situated in a bit interior place but it's worth for a weekend trip. Good for idle time relaxation.

The owner Santosh ji was very unprofessional to us...We booked 10 Rooms for my brother's reception but he cancelled 5rooms at 11th hours,when our guests already reached in the venue. Dinner was arranged by them but they were unable to serve the dinner at time. Our experience was very bad with him.

It was a family full-day outing plan in the month of January. We had booked 2 Mud rooms. Some positive points are: 1. Location is nearby to New Town and easy to reach. 2. This venue is pet friendly. 3. Visually good property with lots of future aspects. Rooms are having lots of problems like : 1. Room-1 AC didn't work. Complained the same but no rectification did happened. 2. Room-1 Geyser didn't work. 3. Room-2 Fan didn't work. Some points on Foods: 1. Not all items are available which are mentioned in the menu card 2. Foods are really bad interms of quality and taste. 3. Such tasteless foods but not allowed to bring online foods. Some points on service: 1. We asked for bonfire arrangements, they charged 1600/- for arranging the woods. 2. Long wait time for foods and even water. It was a complete disaster for us to visit here. Me and my family will never visit again. I'll also suggest all my friends not to waste their precious moments by visiting this place.

We, approx 40 persons went there for a beeakfast gate together. Stayed there for 3 hours. The enclosed complex was having lot of mango trees, with few rooms and outdoor and indoor games facilities. Nothing worth mentioning. There was no clean toilet for day visitors. No proper facility of drinking water. Service to serve food to us, was poor. Sorry, cannot recommend more than a star rating .

We recently had a stay in the resort. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with respect to the Twin bedroom we booked. Water was leaking from the wash basin of the bathroom. Staffs behavior is very polite.They were putting the efforts to their best.This place is good for outing or picnic but not that good for stay. Even if you plan to stay avoid twin bedroom.

The worst place I have ever went! The manager or the person who was managing all things was very rude. Food quantity is very less. Area is not maintained properly. I will never suggest someone to go here..

This is extremely disappointing for me because the pictures and reality are totally different. It's not a resort.No maintenance, nothing. Food quality is not good. Actually, the main thing is that they are portraying that it's a nice place—not at all, actually; we have traveled and then got an OYO room. The price they have charged is worthless. So don't waste your money and your emotions on this kind of propaganda. So disappointing 😞

Had a terrible experience with this so called resort. Had to wait 3 hours each time for our meal, that too we had to go to reception where manager had no clue what to do and what to say. Lastly had gone to kitchen to see food. Upon asking for a towel, manager said they only provide 1 towel for 1 room. Even if you are with family kids, no extra towel will be provided. Had terrible experience would never recommend this place to anyone. Had booked for 2 days stay but checked out a day earlier. But only good thing was the money was refunded and the person on call was very polite and helpful.
