Cons: 1) Service quality is very poor with respect to the cost that it demands. Staff is more or less reluctant to serve. Poorly trained. The service staff assigned to you will act as if they are doing you a favour by serving you. Made me feel as if I was the service personnel to the service guy lol 2) room doors do not get locked properly. We were given room wherein the bathroom door could not get locked. And more or less the flush wasnt working properly 3) swimming pool bathrooms are unclean 4) less service staff around when we are partying on the lawn. So could not get many food served properly 5) path to the adb kanvas is very muddy and kachha road. Very bumpy off road. So road would get damaged if it rains even a bit. No doubt posing a risk to your car. Pro: 1) food is good. Which is pretty much expected from a pricey place and a typical Mandarmani hotel. All in all, compared to the heavy cost I personally would not recommend this place given there are ample better alternatives like anutri or sher bengal etc

This is so far one of the top tier resort in Mandarmani. They offer almost all the things which you can expect from a beach resort in West Bengal. Big lawn, pool area, neat and clean rooms, polite and helpful staffs, good drivers room for night-stay. I have stayed here multiple times and I think they have very good spread of breakfast buffet but they can improve on the A la carte items in terms of taste. Also it is pet friendly which is a very big positive point.

Had a pleasant 2-night stay at ADB Kanvas. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the pool area was relaxing. Great breakfast variety, including lauch and dinner. Property is on best location. Kids can enjoy a lot. Overall, good value for money—I’d stay again!

The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, their excellent service absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. The location is also great, with close proximity to the sea beach, which adds to the charm. However, the room quality was disappointing ranging from below average to just about okay, and there were insects present throughout the stay. To top it off, the AC was turned off just before checkout, which was quite inconvenient.

Khub bhalo . Asadharon . Room khub bhalo . Khawa dawa o khub bhalo . It’s a really a beautiful stay. We loved it . We are coming here since 2017 and every year twice we are visiting here . Experience is the same for last 8 years . Loved the place and atmosphere. Cheers .

Nicely decorated,well maintained garden, superbly cleaned , directly on the beach. The dining area is specious with very good sitting arrangement, quality food, little slackness in serving. seperate pool for kids with lovely amusement park for kids. Overall good experience to stay here

Honestly, provided the amount they are charging per room, the service ain't justified at all. No issues with the food and the hospitality of the hotel stuffs. In fact, really happy with their hospitality. However, the rooms and washrooms fell flat and in a very very poor condition. Interiors are not cleaned, the bed sheets are dirty, there's dingy smell in the rooms. THEY WERE PLAYING LOUD MUSIC ON SPEAKERS even till 11:45pm in the night. I reported the same to the reception where they confirmed they will take quick action and stop the music, but no-one did anything. A group of 12-15 people were dead drunk and were basically making rackaus inside the hotel arena. Noone batted an eye. They simply allowed it all. I'm definitely not coming back here even though I'm satisfied with their hospitality and the taste of food. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR A FAMILY TRIP or if you're planning to enjoy some quite time with your near ones.
