I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that their commitment to customer service was severely lacking. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was abysmal. It seemed as though the cleaning staff had not paid any attention to the room in ages. The carpets were dirty and stained, and the bathroom was far from sanitary. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority here. The staff's attitude was equally disappointing. They were unhelpful and appeared disinterested in assisting guests with their needs. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to provide even basic courtesy, let alone excellent service. The food at the hotel restaurant was another letdown. The quality was subpar, and it left much to be desired in terms of taste and presentation. I had expected to savor delicious Indian cuisine, but what I received was far from that expectation. To top it all off, the noise levels within the hotel were unbearable. I had trouble sleeping due to the constant disturbance from other guests and inadequate soundproofing. In summary, my stay at this Indian hotel was a complete disappointment. From cleanliness to service to dining, it fell short in every aspect. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and explore other options.

The worst hotel experience in Mandarmani. The hotel authorities requested to cancel the booking from MakeMyTrip and book directly in lower rate and better amenities. They also assured that it can be cancelled anytime. We have transferred full booking amount, but due to medical emergency we had to drop the trip, but they are now refusing to pay our money back. Moreover they are not picking up the calls at all. Requesting others to avoid this property.

I would advise against considering this hotel for your stay. They initially requested me to cancel my reservation through MakeMyTrip and book directly, assuring adherence to the cancellation policies. However, when it came time to cancel, they disregarded their commitment. Furthermore, they have ceased answering phone calls. Please exercise caution and avoid this particular property.

It's very bad, Horrible and terrific experience. The worst decision ever to stay in this hotel. Very bad behaviour of Staff specially it's Cook. I suggest everyone don't come here. It's totally waste of your money and your precious time. If you want to spoil your Holidays then it's the best place

They will steal your money if you book your hotel here, we booked had to cancel to due family medical emergency, The hotel manager and owner said we can stay later. We agreed to pay more money as we planned to book more room but these greedy people never honored their word.

The place is lovely for leisure, you will have amazing view of the sea from the hotel. You will be pleased to the kind of service they provide. But the major disadvantage is that there was no proper approach road constructed down to the hotel also the parking is almost 500m away from the hotel. Apart form this you will still like the attractive sight scenes.

It was amazing trip with my friend. If you want to relax, chill and away from the city then this resort is your bet. You get the feeling of private beach since the entrance of the resort is from the beach. So when you relax in the adda area, you have the sea view. The atmosphere was very pleasant and airy during our stay. A few things you must have if you visit this resort. Private vehicle Wait for jwar bhata to settle down in the afternoon before you can leave the place since the water comes very close to the entrance. Which you can enjoy. We got the chance to see little crabs during the jwar bhata. During the evening we had to walk for 10mins to the main road. There we got a toto to the market. Price of the hotel could be a bit cheaper.
