The Pelican Beach Resort

Worth and Patheic hotel to stay with in Mandarmani. Hygiene was 0%. Used amenities was kept in room along with stained bedsheet. They were refusing to change untill unless we pay the amount at first. Delay in service as well as rooms were not ready till 2pm. Kindly check for everything if you are visiting the hotel at time of check-in only

Their staff are really rude...Very bad behaviour...provided a room where ac was not working...we complained then and there...then they provided another room where we werr facing the same problem..they called the servicing guy who themselves said that this room needs higher capacity ac or 2 ac's otherwise temperature will not go down..but the staff were not accepting their fault. They had provided another room for us ( we had booked a room for 3 where 4adult stayed by paying extra money for the 4th adult). So as they provided the room at night time,my 2year old baby was asleep so me and my husband couldnot move at night...the other two moved to the other room. In the morning they themselves said that till the ac problem gets sorted out u can use the other room too (i have the calk recording). But in the afternoon they came with 5 boys inside the room where a lady and a 2year was child was also inside and started threatening us and in a ill-mannered way told us to leave the room...and when we reatailiated they started abusing us..very very bad service..never ever book this hotel otherwise they will mentally harass u. As they provided us with a double PAX room they said they will not charge the extra money which they had charged previously for the 3PAX room. But during billing they took half the amount of that extra money. we didnt want ti create a scene thats why we paid for it. If u want a peaceful and realxing stay at mandarmani without any hassle kindly refrain from booking this hotel. Totally worthless. And also the replacement room they provided on the first day the ac pipe was inside the bathroom and the drainage was flowing inside the bathroom floor. It was gross and unheygenic.

I was staying at the pelican with my family for 3 days. We had an absolutely wonderful time at The Pelican Beach Resort because everything was excellent and easy. The people working there were amazing and showed great hospitality; they were always friendly and quick to help with anything we needed, making us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and fresh, with lots of great choices at every meal, and the dining service was fast and perfect. Our room was fantastic—it was very clean, comfortable, and big, and the beautiful view made it a great place to relax. Overall, the service was top-notch everywhere in the resort, making our whole trip smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend The Pelican for a perfect, easy beach vacation!
