Worst Hotel Experience. Small Beds (Cemented Base). AC Not Working in Cottage. No Geyser in the Cottage Rooms. The staffs are not at all cooperative. They don’t care about customer satisfaction only care about business as they understand people generally don’t come again so their staffs are rude. The reception counter staffs are rude and arrogant. Overall Very Pathetic Experience.

Rooms and food are good but behavior of manager and most of the staff very disrespectful, they are always busy with bills asking for payments judging guest as fraud. I suggest them don't give rooms to the guest whom you judge as fraud at the time of entry. Avoid unprofessionallyand adament gesture with your guest. We have experienced the humiliation 12-13.11.25.

Most of the things including the rooms are good and clean. Only point of improvement: You will feel the difference between the service from lunch to dinner (very good) and breakfast till lunch (really poor). Resturant service is almost non existent during the morning hours!! Please remember to pack your breakfast !!!

Rooms are ok but costly as per tariff . We paid 3000 per night . No freeze at rooms . No electric kettle . Staff behaviour is worst . Specially service staff named Bikash Mondal . He misbehaved with us when asking to change room before used . Front desk person are good . Swimming pool is good . Location far from mandir approx 3.5 km . They don’t bother regarding customer satisfaction as they are getting a lot customer.

In the open space as well as closed place resort and resturant, the Amantran is one of the best choices among the all others. Fooding, lodging, Banquet hall etc available in the affordable prices. If you think the destination weeding or a trip of small vacation, the choices is stop here. The restaurant and the family bar gives you the lavarage. A small stay for puja or the party also possible here. They arrange you everything. The owner of this resort is very polite and awsome. If you talk to him you never thought that you are taking someone big, such a ground connecting people. So come without any hesitation or doubt, you will definitely get good services.

This resort is all about luxury..... The food was trash... The service was trash... The had many food options but every food was bland and tasted like trash.... I attended a reception there so I don't know about the room.... Photographers were good. But the Decoration system was not well managed.... It was winter night so water was dripping from almost everywhere in their pandal... They should have managed this... Absolutely not liked the experience there....
