PEPPER MINT RESTAURANT

Strictly average place. Beds are nice and large and rooms are tastefully furnished. The place is getting old however, maintenance could be better - the wall sockets and bathroom fittings are coming off! Breakfast is a basic fare, dont expect gourmet. Prices are steep for the facilities on offer. Staff is friendly, prompt and helpful.

Clean, beautiful, huge hotel. Ambience is very good. Family suits are nicely build. Had sofa and dining table in the leaving area. Had two bedrooms with decent interior. Each of these rooms were having big TVs and two bathrooms attached. Modular kitchen had gas stove and an attached balcony. Full size washing machine and refrigerator was also available. One of the bedroom had huge balcony with cloth stand to dry clothes. The hotel has separate dinning area and gym for the guests. Staff was also friendly. Overall a good hotel to stay.

The worst hotel i have ever visited. They serve expired bread in the complimentary breakfast and quality of other food items is pathetic. During night times i use to get some sewage smell and i couldn't sleep. And the basement where you park your vehicle stinks, i mean you can't stand there for a minute. Before any guest checks-in they spray the room just to nullify that sewage smell temporarily. The water pressure in the faucets on the 3rd floor is horrible. Every room in that hotel seems to have some issue. Cable tv doesn't work and they keep giving some lame excuses for that. overall i strongly don't recommend staying at this hotel.

Pros: The rooms are excellent for the price range in this location. I only stayed at the most basic room but the room is equipped well (minibar, a/c, a nice flat-screen television, etc.). Vegetarian food is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful and very mindful of do-not-disturb signs. The room cleaning staff is also honest and mindful of belongings. There's a locker provided for safekeeping too. Laundry service is very prompt. They change the towels everyday as well. Cons: The non-vegetarian food is not worth the money and they never have the tandoor items available, which includes tandoori rotis. The bath towels they provide are usually permanently stained which is a little disgusting to use, even though they are washed and clean.

I do not expect a 5 star treatment but basic standard should be maintained. Room I got had a lot of furniture. The bathroom sprinkler was not working. Having said that staff is nice and breakfast is good, not a lot of varieties but OK.

Good hotel for family at Bellandur. Convent for business visit & functions. Breakfast average. Nearby many eatiries & shopping stores. 5 to 8min walk to Eco Space where many IT industries sheltering. This facility also has service appartment for short & long term. Friendly staff. Facility bit old to expect high

Calm and nice place for a short stay. Ideal location for business travellers. Helpful and well mannered staff. Food options are limited. Rooms are clean and spacious. Near to bus stand, central mall, restaurents and multiplex. I would definitely revisit.

Location: This property is located in Bellandur. Easily accessible via auto and cabs. Close to Sarjapur. One can easily get all the daily grocery items below the hotel. Property: The property has both hotel and service apartment. Both are equally good. Rooms are neat and clean. You are given one 2 litre bisleri on daily basis. The room has hot water for taking bath. Note: The pics shared are of service apartment (penthouse) Food: The hotel serves breakfast daily between 7.30 am to 10 am. The below is served Idli/Dosa Chutney Sambar Fruits Bread Butter Jam Tea(dip) Milk Cornflakes Juice Boiled egg Egg omelette The hotel also provides food in room with service charge. The manager Mr Nelson is very helpful. It was a wonderful stay
