Hotel Abooz

I had a disappointing experience at Abooz Restaurant. The food was not up to the mark and was overpriced for the quality they offered. What upset me the most was the extra charge of ₹20 for a small cup of mayonnaise, which is usually complimentary at most places. When we requested a second serving, they charged us 20 rupees for each cup that's also very little quantity only overall, the taste, service, and pricing left a lot to be desired. Definitely not worth the money.

Disappointing experience at Abooz restaurant. Despite being loyal customers, we were treated poorly by the floor manager, who publicly shouted at us over a minor order issue. Unprofessional behavior and lack of conflict resolution skills ruined our dining experience. Hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service

We had lunch here and it was awesomee. They offer multi cuisines in Andhra and Kerala style. The taste is very good and price is affordable in accordance with the price fixed same level of other named restaurants.. You will not regret the visit for sure.. Their service also so good. They are polite and calm, and their response is very impressive... Thanks for the wonderful Chicken kizhi parotta..

Unfortunately, the floor manager's unprofessional behavior tarnished our dining experience. A minor issue with our order, specifically the extra rice with our mandi, escalated into a public confrontation. Instead of addressing the problem discreetly, the manager chose to shout from a distance, causing embarrassment and discomfort for us and those around us. I hope the management takes steps to ensure that customer-facing staff receive adequate training on professionalism, conflict resolution, and respect. This incident has significantly altered our perception of the restaurant, and we will not be returning.

I recently visited Abooz and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food was Ok , but I was surprised when I was charged extra for mayonnaise when I requested it a second time. This is the first time I’ve come across a restaurant charging separately for an extra serving of mayonnaise, which I found a bit disappointing, especially since such condiments are usually complimentary in most places.

It's okay...okay.. if you like Kerala food or just need a decent ambience it's good. Adjacent there is a hang out where you can have tea and do chit chat!!.

Very very worst service, they treating customers as very rude and bad,. And saying we eating more in unlimited mandi, kind advice don't try their UnLimited mandi and fish. And treating us like cheap . Avoid this restaurant at any cost.

It was a really good experience. The quality and taste of food was very good also in affordable price. If any Mallus looking for Kerala meals please opt this hotel .
