Alba Inn, Indore

I had booked a room here for my parents looking at good google ratings and staff behaviour on call. My parents had the worst experience. The adjustment room had fights, physical torture going on the whole night and the screams were audible throughout rooms disturbing other guests. The staff took no action whatsoever the whole night. Hotel might be good and new but the people visiting the hotel might not be good standard, please avoid at any cost! Thank you

Had a wonderful stay at Alba Inn... No compromise in Comfort luxury... Hospitality... One of the best... Not to forget Mr Satyam the service was best... The food is awesome... The Chef Mr Mukesh knows how to satisfy the hunger.... Awesome food...

Very good hotel ,neat and clean room . The service staff was very cooperative he gave me an early check-in at 7am in the morning with a happy face. I really appreciate the gesture. Food is good and hotel is very close to c21 mall. I regularly stay here.

They Gave us Small Rooms (Around 80-90 sf ft) instead of what we booked from online plateforms (Around 150 sq ft) . Rooms were so small that it can not accommodate a full size trolley bag. If you open the Cupboard door you can't enter the bathroom, or if you open bathroom door you can't open cupboard. The prices of rooms are very high as compared to their size and amenities. Staff service is satisfactory.
