HOTEL OMKAR PALACE

Hotel service is too poor. As per charges facilities are not available.not proper cleaning in room and wash room. The door of the bathroom is jammed and that is not closed at night also. Phone is not working. Staff is also very lazy for service and food quality is too poor. Bcoz of too late we stayed there but experience was very bad 😕

Very poor management and hospitality. The staff misleads their guests. We were not told that their AC is not working, 3-4 times the staff came to the room, still didn't inform that the AC is not working.. Not at all satisfied with the service and the amount at which the room was given to us.

Worst service ever... The booked room is not given on time, have to wait for more than 1-2 hour... It's disgusting🤢🤢 not recommended to stay, whatever the location is good or rooms are nice but the thing is not advisable to stay over here, worst place ever I visited as a hotel...

It is very good hotel but we have to change many rooms due AC issue.The water in the bathroom is so hot in the evening that nobody can take bath. The of the commod was broken. Positive thing is bed. It is very comfortable. It is in the center of the city.

All facilities , view of hotel and price of hotel are Good and nice but "Room services are too slow". They takes half an hour time to bring water and necessary conditions of room . This Hotel is so near to so many temples like : MAHAKALESHWAR JYOTILINGA , KAL BHAIRAVA TEMPLE & SHIPRA RIVER and many more.
