We took the hotel for an overnight stay close to the main-street and it was the right pick. The rooms are big and have a decent good maintenance. The pool was a disappointment though but being in the pandemic phase it didn't matter to us.||||Pros:||Property:Big rooms, attentive staff. Good covered parking space.||Location: Walkable from the main street of lonavala within 5 mins. Very reachable from the Lonavala railway station as well.||Food: No in-house kitchen.||Other: They have a carrom-board in the corner which helped us pas time when bored. The property is very small but can be used for good picture backdrops. The pool may be small for adults but they also have a kids pool. However again, its useful as a backdrop for some good pictures ;) .||||Cons:||No in-house kitchen and mainly the early checkout of 10.00 am. Though they were flexible about letting us leave an hour late but those reminders could have been avoided if the check-out time was as normal as 11.00am

The hotel is overly priced for the kind of services they offered. cold water through out our stay no proper towels no toiletries the fridge wasn't working, the wifi wasn't working. It's an absolute disaster experience. choose your stay wisely.

If you’re looking for great hospitality, hotel Metro Park is the place to be, true to its photographs.||The location and services really brings out a great experience of your stay in Lonavala.||If you choose to stay in the executive suite, you’re most likely to enjoy one of the luxurious rooms of this hotel as its large, clean and comfortable. The staff is efficient and friendly too, always around to help you get what you need.||||Let’s also rave about the food at this hotel as it’s worthy of some praise! You must definitely visit the poolside restaurant and try the biryani & chicken tikka.||||Overall standard of the hotel and service of its staff was second to none, and I’m certainly listing it as a hill station favourite.

Beautiful hotel,we are enjoying our family together nice food. Sakshi mam very helpful.i m coming again.location was good staff was good.i m very happy room was clean.when I first check room very cleaning 2 sweeming pool very clean very nice

Amezing place metropark hotel sweeming pool area very enjoying my kidds berakfast food is very testy and room is very good and very comfratable and houseekeeping staff is very good .mr sandeep. Vivek and disha is very good and naturel behivore i love this place next time visti again thank you metro park

I have gone to lonavla and stayed in hotel metropark lonavla and it was best property, we enjoyed the food there,their specialized food was goan food.The staffs are very cooperative and we enjoyed the swimming pool,game zone. |Must visit👍

Good Luxurious hotel & very nice place for family & right location, veg and non veg vegetarian restaurant but very very limited in option.staff are very polite. Wether was very nice.. love this I m visiting again
