We stayed there for 14 days, the hotel was really nice. The staff and the managers of trip advisor were very nice and friendly people, they helped us a lot. We are very grateful for the hotels hospitality especially the cleaner who constantly kept the room clean and was very polite. I would like to congratulate the Sagar Plaza Hotel for their wonderful hospitality. The staff in all the departments always welcomed us with a smile and attended us with a sincere sense of responsibility. The quality of service in all the areas was extraordinary, and I would definitely give Mr.Ganesh Bhandare full credit for doing a great job at leading this team that made our stay a very memorable experience.

First of all we want to mention that we -my husband and myself- have been staying for a whole month at Sagar Plaza for 3 consecutive years. ||Its a hotel where guest will find an EXCELLENT SERVICE, hospitality and is greatly welcomed by the whole staff at any time : through the door, frontdesk, room service, cleaners, restaurant.... We like to thank all of them and not the least ||Mr Ganesh Bhandare who, always with a smile (in spite of being very busy and not showing it) ready to help, makes a great effort in order to satisfy his guests making any required arrangements & makes our stay a comfortable one. Fantastic service by the whole hotel staff.it was our 25th wedding anniversary and they made it all the more memorable with good food, fabulous arrangements and pampering us throughout our stay. They all possess a mesmerizing smile on their face. God bless them always

The room was very spacious and the service was great. The people that work there are very sweet and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good. We are holidaying from Australia and reception was very helpful. The hotel is close to a shopping centre, mg road and east road. |We had a great stay thankyou

This hotel is centrally located and walking distance from Main Road and East Street. Railway station is nearby. The rooms ate spacious and have good amenities. The service is prompt and friendly. There is an in-house restaurant and bar. Value for money.

It was an unplanned trip that become so pleasent because of the unforgettable support from Mr. Vinay. It was second trip after a month we are having memories of first, but this short spam unplanned trip with such kind of supportive gesture from complete Sagar Plaza team. Kudos to complete team.
