Hotel Ashoka

My recent visit to this bar left much to be desired. Despite being seated, the service was incredibly slow, with a staggering 45-minute wait just to place an order. What's worse, the staff seemed oblivious to basic customer service norms, failing to acknowledge my presence as a guest and instead prioritizing other customers. The overall atmosphere was also subpar, with cleanliness being a major issue. This experience was a clear example of poor service and an utter lack of regard for customer satisfaction, especially in a restaurant-bar setting.

Ashoka resto bar is giving very bad service……… The entire staff is arrogant and act like they don't care if you sit down or leave… Just wait for 45 min to receive any order till they do not give any complimentary snacks… I don’t want complimentary but serve my order within less time…. They suppose to feel everyone i’m your guest not you i dont care about you…. They show everyone that I am your guest, not aware that you are a customer. You have to wait until I serve or else you leave. 3rd class bar i have visit ever… VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO STAY / FOOD & Worst BAR Experience….. Suggest to visit another place also if expensive…

Taps don’t work, told to use other room bathroom. Plates with rotting stinky food in lobby. Not removed until 9.30 in the morning, stinky smell pervades across the lobby to the rooms. Never again

I visited thise restaurant first time after eating food here. I become a fan of food good staf.. Sandeep and Shyam both also very good server in thise restaurant. You want to must visit.. ❤️❤️

I live in Atria Grande I have tasted the food of same vegetable approx 10-12 times but every time the taste is different & disscusting the taste first time was best but as I visited every time the taste got changed every time.. But if you complain the counter person he gives useless answer & didn't agree with ur complain..that's why the hotel is going down & down every day

Went for a engagement ceremony, but the power interrupted for 7 times in 3hours ,needs improvement ,lifts are too small for such hotel's.
