Mandore Gateway

I recently stayed at Mandore Gateway, and unfortunately, my experience as far from satisfactory. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff argued with me without any reasonable cause. When I requested to use the roof area to sit and relax, they not only refused but also removed the chairs from the roof, making it impossible for me to enjoy the space. This lack of hospitality and disregard for guest comfort was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We went there for food after exploring Mandore garden. It is near to garden. It was worth the money and taste was also good. Ambience was good and staff were polite. Not sure about the rooms since we have not stayed there.

Food is very tasty wth good quality and I really feel good,an enjoy natural beauty.Parking facilities are also good .Whole thing is "Gateway Hotel"is best for stay and dinner

Very bad experience Mr. sharma owner of Hotal is very rude and argued with my wife orthodox mindset says keep room doors closed felt like jail out side food not allowed after 10 you can’t go out of Hotal. Offended ladies although their staff is supportive but owner is very rude. After giving review they are calling back and asking to delete the review again.

We stayed at this hotel yesterday with my 3 months old baby. because of heavy rain we decided not to drive in night. Me and my family were sitting inside room and suddenly hotal owner visited us and started fighting with us every Mr. Sharma started disobeying me and asked to close room doors. Food is way expensive 100 rs rice is very small bowl and they don't allow outside food restaurant closed at 9:00 and in such heavy rain we requested there staff members to allow Zomato delivery. Staff was supportive but Mr. Sharma is very ruid not safe for family and girls.

I visited this place on 29th April and i must say it was very good experience of helding a birthday party there. Overall the place , ambience, food , staff etc. everything was good. Just need to improve ventilation of there dining hall..felt a bit hot in there ,maybe installing an extra Air conditioner would work👍🏻. Met Ram Chaudhary Ji who has hosted us that night and was very polite and professional in their work. Would recommend families and friends to must visit there once.♥️
