The Rani Mahal Jodhpur

I am so grateful that my first introduction to traveling to India on my own was staying at the Rani Mahal for my first few nights. I am incredibly fortunate - it was a thoroughly wonderful experience. I cannot thank Nisha, Sharwan, Devi, and the rest of the team for making my stay memorable. My room was comfortable, great size, and traditionally and ornately furnished. The guesthouse is warm and welcoming and has a treat around every corner. The rooftop is fantastic; the views are incredible (I can't imagine there would be a better view at any other Guesthouse), the food delicious, and the beer very cold. Nisha arranged a walking tour of Jodhpur with a local guide which was one of the standout experiences of my short trip to India. I thoroughly recommend and will certainly return. Nisha and her daughter were so welcoming. They went out of their way to assist you with your every request. The staff were also friendly and really accommodating and always happy. The food was nice and prices very reasonable and the rooftop views and sitting area in the evening was calm and relaxing. A lovely central point if you like exploring.

Loved our stay at Rani Mahal. The room was cozy with a real life palace - stone walls, intricately decorated roofs, diwan, decorated cushion with modern facilities. Food service was also excellent - very hospital and great spread (which included fruits!)

This is an exceptional restaurant. We didn't stay in the hotel, we stayed nearby and were very pleasantly surprised to find such a gem. The food was delicious, and the bill reasonable especially for such a smart venue. What really makes it special is the warm welcome from all the staff.

We didn't stay here but ate in the restaurant on the ground floor. It was an amazing find, we were actually looking for a different place, and a bit sceptical because the Rani Mahal looks very grand from the outside and in the foyer. We thought it might be a bit out of our price range, or that we wouldn't be welcome. How wrong we were. All the staff were very friendly, the food was excellent and the bill very reasonable. |

A wonderful place to stay. I'd say the building and rooms - converted from a former haveli of the Maharajah which was used to hide his brides at times of danger - were the highlight, if it wasn't for the amazingly attentive and welcoming staff and owner. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Everything is perfect in this mahal . You actually feel that you are living in a heritage room . High quality rooms and service. Staffs are very polite and helpful . Terrace has very nice sitting area and a great view. Even though streets are congested and Cars can’t enter ,this property is very close to Mehrangarh fort and Sardar market , can be reached by foot . All in all , we had an amazing stay.

Stay for one night . Room was clean & shiny. Rooftop restaurant serve with food awesome & beautiful view of jodhpur. Rani Hotel is looking beautiful. Hotel Staff & all management behaviour is outstanding. Thanks Rani Hotel
