Delicious food and great ambiance. The waiters/ servers are very courteous and helpful in deciding on what to order and answering questions.Awesome ambience and a calm place to have a fine dining with family 👌🏻☺️

On a business stay at Palmyra Grand Inn found the rooms to be average |The sheets were old. Bathrooms are below average and the water pressure through them is sub par||Room service is alright, one must appreciate the staff as they never stop smiling ||Complimentary breakfast is horrible. Please walk down to Janakiram down the road and enjoy the food

It was an amazing experience that this hotel has a wonderful Chef by name Anton and waiter Rajee and other who gave us wonderful courtesy and especially sumptuous food by Chef Anton at all times. Our happiness goes beyond limit. Thanks to othe staffs Esakki, Jeevanandam and Subramanian who also were very courteous to our expectations. Overall, a best hotel to stay. Kudos to the Management.

I stayed in executive room.||Value for Money:4/5||Facilities:(3/5)|The inroom facilities were standard and they could have offered a kettle for the cost of the room||The geyser in the room weren't working and I had to ask for a room swap which could have been checked in advance||Staffs(4/5)|The reception staffs Shanmugaraj and Iyyapa were very kind and composed. The person handling e/b and maintenance was good as well to accomodate us a quick alternate room when I had geyser problem.||However the room service was very slow for every requested item||In-house food:(5/5)|The inhouse restaurant was very good. The food tasted absolutely fantastic.|I took a la carte for breakfast and dinner and both were value for money. The resto staff Arun was very professional and accomodating.||Room size and Cleanliness (5/5):|The room was spacious enough and well maintained.||Location(5/5)|The hotel is located in 5mins distance from Tirunelveli junction though not very walkable. The hotel is close to new bus stand and has all facilities closer by||Overall a great stay except for suggested room service turn around time and geyser issue

Today I went to Palmyra restaurant at tirunelveli junction there is no ventilation and all AC is not working and also the plates are not clean the vegitable is old service also poor the call the RSOT not responding the call and ignore to the service kindly support for tirunelveli health care of hotels

I have never ate like this worst grilled chicken, there is no spice, no salt nothing inside just the chicken colour was looking good, but chicken taste like yuk. but chicken cooked well. you have to just make more spicy to feel the food like eating, not like splitting out. somehow I ate and came out.

The front office staff was very helpful. They are knowledgeable about local areas. Arrangement for cabs etc can be made through the desk itself. Personally, I felt support staff like room service people can be a bit more staffed. Restaurant food , complementary breakfast etc was really good. Place is about ten min walk from tirunelveli railway station and less than that when you go by auto or taxi. Good veg and non veg restaurant s are also available nearby. Car parking is also available. Wifi was good.

The service was Pathetic.There was no one available to attend us or to server the food. There no spoon or fork spoon on table. We had to wait for long time to get fork or spoon as there was no waiter available. The food served was taste less and there was no salt in the food moreover there was no salt was kept on table. Really Spoiled our mood.
