Hotel Harshitha Grand

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff showed a lack of professionalism and attentiveness, which greatly affected the quality of service. There was no room service offered, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the water supply frequently encountered blockages. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, particularly for families.

They were drinking alcohol early in the morning, which was unprofessional. Additionally, there was no room service, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the water service was inadequate, with frequent blockages. I do not recommend this hotel for families.

Worst experience with the Receptionist. An old guy was changing the cost of stay within every 2 mins. He doesn't know how to talk to guests . He drank alcohol right in the morning. Room was small. Very expensive and very very bad staff

I had a very bad experience with this hotel,worst staff especially the old man doesn’t have any manners of talking to customer and they will drink alcohol early in the morning and they don’t have any room service and they don’t have proper wifi and no proper water service and blockage of water.Not recommended for family stay.

Food was so bad omg 😵 The service to was so backwas don't ever go there.. We ordered for tea and they told us to wait bt never got that 😂. The heater was broked and the bathroom was so small with no ventilation 🤮. I think they shld improve so much. The paneer chilly and Manchurian was tasting like rubber..
