Radisson Lucknow City Centre

Had a great stay at Radisson City Center, Lucknow. The location is spot on , right in the heart of the city and close to most landmarks and shopping areas. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff was polite, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was a pleasant surprise, lots of variety and good quality. It was little tight and crowdy with less staff. Overall, the hotel manages a good balance between comfort and convenience. Definitely a solid option whether you’re in Lucknow for work or just visiting.

Recently I had a chance to visit Radisson' restaurant for a schoolmate birthday party.It was buffet system and varities were extensive and taste was delicious.Even it's bar was good too.Situated in the cant area of Lucknow,it's easily accessible to those travelling by train

A fine dining restaurant, situated on the ground floor of the magnificent Radisson Hotel in Lucknow. I got the privilege of dining here (only breakfast) for many consecutive days and on the basis of that I am sharing my experience. Breakfast is included with the room that you book. But it seemed to me as if the room was complementary, along with the breakfast (vice-versa). I ranked the breakfast higher than the room because of its lavishness and unexpected variety that it offers. It starts from 7am and lasts up to 10am. The unlimited breakfast buffet consists of Indian meals like poori, paratha, alu sabzi, chicken sausages, idly, dosa (after placing order), snacks, gujrati cuisine, an assortment of fresh juices, fresh sliced fruits, kulhar tea, coffee, milk, multi choice breads with different spread options, eggs, cakes, muffins, donuts, sprouts, curd, poha, porridge and many more. Once you step inside the dining hall, you will feel overwhelmed with the variety. To top it all, the hospitality is absolutely exemplary. Highly recommended for a premium dining experience.❤️

Don't dare to book this hotel , Worst place ever stayed. Water leakage, crockroach in room , most of appliances are not working. Pathetic service, don't care attitude towards guest. Specially front desk they have very rude attitude, Word called sorry doesn't exist at all. I had booked 1 rooms. Super tiny rooms. State of carpet was bad. Photos are attached, since 1920 they might not have changed anything in the room. Ancient aged property. Locality is the place where you can't step out. Please don't book this hotel at all.

Not at all the radisson experience. The rooms were decent, the location was great, although the service was poor. We did not encounter any conflicts or fights, but all in all, the service was not upto the mark. The cutlery was unclean, staff wasn't as groomed (in terms of interactions, and not hygiene),and the food was not good.

I had to go to Lucknow for a short visit and since I had read about radisson being a star hotel, I decided to stay there... But other than the location of the place, being in the center of the city, there was nothing that was worth any star they claimed to have... the rooms were smelling, small and gave a claustrophobic vibe...

“OYO ROOMS MUCH BETTER THEN RADISSON LUCKNOW” All the reviews which you are getting over here are done by the hotel management. They are terrible in their services, Hotel Staff does not have any coordination among themselves. Stinky room, Broken full Celing, Stain carpets, Morning buffet is also tasteless. I stayed with three rooms, the price which they charged as was so high. You will find a much much better deal in Hazrat Ganj area and less price in these. I had to stay here because I had advance amount with the Hotel property since one and half years. PLEASE DONT COME HERE SEEING THE REVIEW. YOU WILL HAVE REGERT.

Rooms are good size. Room service is better. Food is good , served neatly , hygiene maintenance in hotel area is good. Located far from airport. Swimming pool was badly maintained, though it’s at roof top , location wise it’s good, but water cleaning was not done properly. Overall it was good stay.
