Elysian Grand Hotel and Restaurant

I have been in this hotel for one of my friends wedding. It was terrible experience not for me but for my colleagues too. I came down in restaurant on 9.00am for breakfast. The reception guy told the breakfast is over. You can’t get breakfast, Your colleagues has already finished all the breakfast. I told him that breakfast should be unlimited or it should be available for everyone. In second incident I have ordered one mineral water in my room, they haven’t served that and they have given the bill of mineral water. It was really pathetic service, That guy in the reception has money minded attitude. They really don’t care about the service

Property was not worth spending even a single night, dirty washroom flush was not working properly, damaged windows, cutlery needs replacement. Only one complimentary water bottle, they charged 40rs for 16rs tooth brush. Property need some serious makeover

Location of the hotel is very close to the airport. I was staying here as I had an overnight layover in Lucknow. The property is new so most things in the hotel and the room are relatively functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel refused to accept credit card for payment and insisted that I pay cash. Loads of mosquitoes inside the room. Rooms didn't have any source of natural light. There was no kettle in the room. Corridors weren't clean. Linen wasn't clean.

Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is cooperative. I had for a personal visit and found it a comfortable stay. It is located next to Airport, therefore you can reach the hotel in no time. Location is remote therefore, you have to rely on hotel restaurant for food. Overall a good experience.

Horrible place. Must avoid. ||This is managed by an arrogant manager who is not fit to be in the service industry.||Approach is stingy, rude behaviour. Don't deliver what they promise or confirmed by Fab hotels.||They don't follow any Covid protocols. The staff doesn't wear masks. Rooms are not cleaned , leave alone sanitisation. ||We had to escalate to Fab Hotels for their intervention as they even threatened to refuse us stay at night.||So much for the 'Tahzeeb' of Lucknow. ||Don't touch this hotel with a barge pole.

Hotel is situated on roadside and is very near to airport.The place is mostly booked for weddings/party since it has a banquet hall.There is room for 2 3 cars to park in front , and rest is parked in nearby road.Management lacks soft skills in handling customers. Room was looking new but had stains here and there, linen was not spotless.Set top box and tv remote are provided after asked for. Room has no heater during winter. Complimentary breakfast is limited and has only 2 3 items to order from.There is a restaurant in ground floor, which has no outside guest and is mostly empty.The balconies overlook something like a pig farm. Overall not bad for just a night stay, and rush to the airport.Airport is hardly 15mins away.

Except for the staffs ignorance regarding booking made online via fabhotels app, the overall experience was ok. Rooms very well furnished although compact in size. Room service very good. The staffs were prompt to respond to issues like wifi TV reception.

Worst experience ever. this hotel spoiled our function. very bad service. rooms are not equipped with agreed things. Party hall was not well managed. very bad decoration. Never book this hotel for any function.
