Overall, a very comfortable stay. The rooms are airy and well-ventilated. The management is approachable and quick to resolve any issues. The food could use a bit more variety, but it's still quite good. I would recommend it to others.

Colive is trash!!!! please try to avoid them they are scammers, they don't provide anything that they promise, i have attached screenshots of WhatsApp group and here is a detailed review: Living at Colive has been an unpleasant experience overall due to several issues, primarily stemming from a lack of effective management and unreliable services. Here’s a breakdown of the major issues: Managerless Operations: Colive properties mostly operate without a manager, and when one is present, they are unhelpful. Any concerns brought to the manager are redirected to customer service, which in turn, refers residents back to the manager, creating a frustrating cycle with no resolution. Water Filter Issues: The water filters go bad frequently, often breaking down weekly, and it takes about two weeks for repairs to be completed. This situation leaves residents without access to clean drinking water for extended periods. Deposit Return Problems: Getting the deposit money back is a struggle. Colive often tries to impose extra charges upon move-out to avoid returning the deposit, creating undue stress and often resorting to intimidation tactics to extract additional payments. Rude Employees: Interactions with Colive employees have been unpleasant. They tend to be unresponsive and unprofessional, and while Colive demands timely payment from residents, they fail to address raised service requests. Food Services: Although Colive promises two meals daily, the reality is quite different. Meals are frequently late or missing altogether, and the quality is substandard—often so poor that it feels better to skip meals entirely. Lack of Room Service: Room service is virtually non-existent. Cleaners rarely show up to clean rooms, and residents are often left to handle all cleaning tasks on their own. Additionally, Colive doesn’t pay the building owner on time, which has led to power cuts lasting up to two days, affecting basic living conditions. Overburdened Cleaning Staff: Colive has overworked cleaning staff who are shared across multiple properties, including Rio Grande and Orange. This arrangement forces them to leave before completing tasks, resulting in rooms and bathrooms being left uncleaned. Poor Management: The overall management at Colive is severely lacking. Recently, there was a manager who offered little help and could barely manage simple tasks, making it a headache to interact with them for any concern. In conclusion, Colive’s lack of proper management, slow response to essential repairs, poor food quality, deposit issues, and non-existent room service make it a frustrating place to stay. It is hard to recommend Colive to anyone looking for a stable and supportive living environment.

Avoid booking with this establishment if you were approached by a salesperson named Ramani. She may promise attractive packages and offers, but in reality, these commitments often remain unfulfilled. In our experience, after pre-booking a room and paying an advance, we faced significant issues. Despite informing her of our arrival, she failed to answer our calls, leaving us stranded and unable to access the property. Ultimately, we had to abandon our plans to stay there. Stay cautious and consider this a warning.

I’ve been living in this PG for the past four months, and aside from the room size, nothing has been satisfactory. The food schedule is inconsistent, and it’s always delivered from a central location, so it’s never hot. On top of that, the electricity keeps getting cut off due to ongoing issues between Colive and the landlord. Also, there is no proper staff, no one hear the complain. They keep on sying will solve it.

Please don't opt for colive. Ither than room size nothing is good here. Bad service, bad food, no emergency backup. In case current goes off, there's no light arrangement during the night time. You will not get your deposit back in any circumstances. Once given they will never return. Colive will always have thousands of reasons to not to pay your deposit.

No basic amenities like water and electricity for entire day or two. They will harrow you for rent and add unnecessary charges on monthly bill. They deliberately give cheques that will bounce or will have insufficient funds when they have to return the deposit amount and would not heed to your request for months
