I booked this property as it was close to my friend's house, making it convenient for me to meet him. However, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, this property operates as a service apartment, but the manager seemed completely unaware of who was booking and arriving. Only the contact person had all the information, which made things incredibly difficult. When I landed in Bangalore, I tried contacting the provided number from the morning itself, but the calls were either always busy or abruptly disconnected. Upon reaching the area, I struggled to locate the property for over an hour. The contact person was unresponsive, and the calls were either ignored or the line was busy. With the help of locals, I finally managed to find the property, only to be told by the in-charge staff that it was fully booked. Despite multiple calls, the contact person kept asking if I had paid, even after I confirmed and explained my situation. Standing outside the property at 9 PM, I was repeatedly asked to share my booking details. After an hour of back-and-forth, they finally allowed me to check in. To my shock, the property was nothing like the photos advertised. The room was in a terrible state: No bedsheets on the bed Dirty and unclean room Broken or non-functional sockets No Wi-Fi A filthy bathroom with stains everywhere None of the promised amenities were provided—not even a towel. I informed them that I had an early morning flight and would check out by 4 AM. They assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, and I could simply hand over the keys. However, the staff locked their doors and slept without any regard for the guests. I spent 30 minutes knocking on their door with no response. During this time, there was also a power outage, and I noticed another guest knocking on his door for assistance, but no one came to help. This was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this property at all costs.

The service is absolutely third class they don't provide blanket they don't have hot water they don't clean the rooms or washroom properly

Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive Good location ✌️👍✔️

It's a good property for short stay located in the vicinity of tech parks but the maintenance is very average.
