I booked this property lured by the lowest rates...that s the only positive with regards to my stay. 1. The room is non-ac, which is not mentioned anywhere. 2. They don't provide blankets, when asked the room incharge person here, he mentioned that we need to use the bedspread as the bedsheet. I had to order a dohar late in the night(Thanks to delivery platforms) to manage the BLR cold. 3. There is no bucket/mug in the bathroom. 4. I had to wait almost an hour after my arrival to be given a room. The checkin process happens remote over phone and the communication to the staff in the property does not happen. Never never coming back again..

The poorest service and the worst property owner. 1. My entire work trip was spoiled as they have not provided wifi credentials to me. I begged them for credentials and they stopped responding. 2. They ruined our mood by shifting us from good room to worst room. Again they made us pack and unpack and shift from room to room. 3. I have booked my stay and paid the amount till 22nd sep. but after ine day they informed me my stay is only till 21st. After a lot of argument they agreed. To be honest the property manager and service is the worst. Your entire mood will be ruined.
