Shoba Suites

A HORRID EXPERIENCE! We stayed for 1.5 days here! We stayed in a 3 people suite! ill maintained, dirty, cockroach infested, and potentially a health hazard due to MOLD! Rude and disrespectful reception staff. 1. The number of cockroaches in the suite was shocking and disturbing. The moment we entered and opened the light 50-100 small cockroaches fled into corners. These small cockroaches are EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM, including in the fridge, which also does not work! 2. The state of the room is just bad! The bedsheets are all old and not cleaned well, some even torn at places, and have a musty smell to it. 3. The AC had been clearly leaking water from ages and was never fixed because there was BLACK MOLD growing from the leak site and the water was soaking the curtain under the AC! 4. No amenities were provided upon check in- well other than a plain scam because the photos online are completely different from reality! Only 2 towels and 2 tiny soap bars were given for a suite meant for 3 people after we complained and asked them to provide it! 5. THE RUDENESS OF THE RECEPTIONIST! : we checked in the morning and a different receptionist completed our check in procedure, and the afternoon receptionist was HORRIBLY RUDE, when we expressed our complaint about the cockroaches, he proceeded to tell us this is what you get for 2200+, when there was a miscommunication between himself and the morning receptionist, he was still rudely telling us don’t we know rules. After being told that the state of the room is really bad, he told us you can complain to whoever you want and walked off into a different room! 6. The lock on the suite door is OLD and near broken, and you have to use all the force possible to pull it forward while unlocking it or it won’t unlock! The entire experience was just horrible, would never stay here again, really bad experience! I hope the owner does something about this!

I would like to share my review of Shoba Suites hotel where I recently stayed: The cleanliness of the room was not up to the expected standards, and it seemed that the staff was not responsive to addressing this issue. Whenever I called for assistance, they would promise to come but would often need multiple reminders. It would be more efficient if they could address all requests promptly without the need for repeated follow-ups. Furthermore, the hotel did not provide dental kits or washroom kits, and when I asked for a toilet roll or shaving kit, they suggested purchasing them from outside. This lack of basic amenities was disappointing. One of the door locks in my room was not functioning properly, and it took them more than 48 hours to fix it. This delay was highly inconvenient. Considering these factors, I would not recommend staying at this property. The level of service provided was below expectations. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

I was took 2bhk deluxe room here. Rooms are just ok, as it is an old building. Bed rooms and kitchen are small and hall is just bigger than bed room. Also a toilet and a small bathing room available in 2 bhk(separate toilets not available for each bed room. The service is very good. Lift is not available for this hotel and we should climb the steps. If aged peoples are with you, pls don't preffer it. Separate parking area is not available, they will arrange the parking area at road side. This hotel don't have a restaurant.

I stayed with my family for 8 days in March and 9 days in May 2022. The location is excellent with a whole street nearby with a variety of eateries to suit your needs. High class customer service from Shobha Suites. Good value for money.

Poor room service... The price is not worth for the type of apartment they provide. Insufficient lighting in the room. There are 2 Bathrooms in each flat, out of which Toilet facility is available in only 1 bathroom, so it's good for 2 people stay. For more than 2 people this place is not recommended. 1 refrigerator is also provided in each flat.

The property is shortly staffed, the rooms are in helpless condition and bathroom Bed , sofa is is outdated makes you feel that you are living 8y back. You can feel cigarettes smoke smell. If you are planning to stay with family . You should think twice before choosing the place . Room service is okay .

Very nice and happening location, just like Indiranagar. Plenty of Pubs, Restaurants and food joints around. We were 4 stags, stayed in a 2bhk. Bedrooms were good with AC and comfortable bed. Kitchen and Hall with dining table and sofa. It was really good for us friends to sit together for in house party and for chatting. Only concern was tiny bathroom. Looks like free Breakfast was served from Udupi Restaurant which is just in front and it was very tasty. BF is limited, you can order any one item. You have to pay for extra, Rs 60 per plate. No attached restaurant but Room service available and they were prompt and quick. You need not worry about food or drinks. It is a surrounded by plenty of pubs and restaurants like The local, Brewklyn, The fire house to name a few. Good for family and friends get togethers. We are grateful to manager, our early check-in by an hour was obliged.

Very centrally located. Alot of restaurants around. Good for shopping. Hotel staff were good. Rooms not well maintained.|Both our bathrooms had a very bad smell.|One bathroom geyser did not work neither did they fix it during our 6night stay with them. All fan regulators did not have knobs. We could not control the speed. The kitchen cabinets were dirty. Bed covers were stained brown probably due to many guest using it. When I informed them they just turned the bed sheets the otherway round... That was very bad.|Well it is OK if u go single but not with wife and children.
