I am from the Philippines and came to India for work. During my stay, I chose Homewood Stay, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I made. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made me feel at home. The cozy ambiance, clean and well-maintained rooms, and perfectly designed amenities exceeded my expectations. It was not just a hotel; it truly became a home away from home for me. Every little detail, from the welcoming environment to the efficient service, made my experience incredibly comfortable and memorable. Leaving India and this amazing hotel was a bittersweet moment for me. I felt sad to say goodbye to such a beautiful place and the people who made my stay so special. Whenever I visit India again, Homewood Stay will undoubtedly be my first choice. Thank you for making my stay so unforgettable and full of comfort!

Avoid at All Costs – Rude, Greedy, and Unfit for Hospitality I travel to Bangalore every month for work and come along with my family, as I have a 1-year-old baby who needs home-cooked meals. We initially chose this property for its kitchen facility, but the owner's greedy, rigid, and unethical behavior has made this place an absolute nightmare. 1. Cancellation Greed and No Empathy In September, we had to cancel our booking a day before check-in due to heavy rains, government-declared work-from-home orders, and my baby being unwell. Despite explaining this genuine situation, the owner kept our ₹2000 advance without any consideration or empathy. We let it go, thinking it was a one-time issue, but the same greed and lack of professionalism surfaced again this month. 2. Extortionate Demands for Full Payment This time, when we tried to book, the owner demanded full upfront payment simply because we had canceled last time. This is despite the fact that they had already pocketed our earlier advance. We explained the situation in detail, but the owner was unwilling to listen, completely rigid, and unprofessional. 3. Exploitative Check-Out Policy The property’s 11 AM check-out time is completely impractical for anyone who works regular hours. During our first stay, I requested a few extra hours, and the owner charged ₹4000 on top of the ₹6000 nightly rate, just for extending till 5 PM. While unreasonable, we paid because we needed the extra time. For this booking, the owner’s greed reached new heights. For the same extension till 5 PM, they demanded ₹6000, equivalent to an entire extra night’s charge, despite us leaving well before the next day. This is extortion, plain and simple. 4. Rude and Disrespectful Behavior After reluctantly agreeing to their outrageous demand, we paid ₹1000 as an advance. But when we asked for confirmation, the owner refused to book without full payment. When we decided not to proceed and requested a refund of our ₹1000, the owner rudely refused, claiming it would be added to the previous cancellation amount. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was outright insulting. The way the owner spoke to us was appalling, filled with arrogance and disrespect. 5. Unfit for the Hospitality Industry The owner is greedy, disrespectful, and completely unfit for the hospitality business. People like this, who are unwilling to see the bigger picture and retain loyal, recurring customers, have no place in this industry. I am a returning customer who travels to Bangalore every month, ready to spend ₹12,000 per visit. Yet, the owner’s short-sighted greed and utter lack of customer respect have driven us away for good. They invent new rules, exploit customers for more money, and have no flexibility whatsoever. This isn’t hospitality—it’s extortion. Final Verdict: Avoid this property like the plague. The owner is crooked, greedy, and disrespectful, and the place is riddled with unfair rules designed to extract money at every opportunity. There are plenty of better options nearby that will treat you with respect and fairness. Don’t fall for this trap—save yourself the frustration and humiliation.

We stayed for a week at Homewood Stays with my family and our little child (4 Years) and we truly enjoyed our stay here. The management were very friendly and responsive and made sure we had a great stay. The Property is very near to Eco World (My office located here) and it's in walkable distance. The staff was so courteous. They were quick to respond for any help / service requests. The boys who visit our unit for housekeeping service are very polite. The morning breakfast offers Indian and continental items and its great. The Property was clean and tidy. The room amenities are great including AC, Microwave, RO Purifier, refrigerator, Wi-Fi etc. All in all, we were very comfortable with our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in the Bellandur area for work or leisure.

True corporate accomodation with polite staff and spacious rooms. Special mention about the management and reception team. They are very courtious and welcoming. I would recommend this property to people travelling to bellandur tech hub (Eco World / Embassy Tech village etc..) area.

Great stays at @Hoomewood stays. Services at the top notch. Specially Manjunath Sir and Raju sir are very supportive and helpful across my stay, they used address the issues quickly. I would prefer the Hoomwood stay for anyone looking service appartment near Outer ring road, Bellandur.

Room is located opposite to eco world. Very convenient with all facilities nearby. Rooms are clean and big enough. The morning complimentary breakfast are good rather than bread and jam, they provide other breakfast items.

We stayed for 8 nights (3 guests) and we truly enjoyed our stay at Homewood Stays. The front desk managers Santosh and Manju were very friendly and responsive and made sure we had a great stay. The security guard at the gate was so courteous. He unloaded all our luggage promptly. He was quick to open and close the gate every time we came in and out. The helper boys who came to clean the apartment or served at the breakfast counter were very polite and did a sincere job. The apartment was clean. Everything worked including AC, Microwave, Water Filter, Fridge, Wi-Fi etc. All in all, we were very comfortable with our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in the Bellandur area for work or pleasure.
