So much potential but poor management and cost cutting really led to this property’s downfall. Okay place for students. The lift breaks down every week. So avoid the top floors

I'm going to be very blunt with this review, a lot of reviews are negative but it's actually a really good place to stay in. I've been in 4 PGs around this area and this is by far the best. The food is wonderful where there are live counters everyday, rooms get cleaned alternate days and the cleaning staff are very polite and friendly. With the price you're paying for this pg this is the best you're gonna get. There is ample space in the terrace with a TT table. The cleaning and security staff are really polite and helpful. You also get 5kg of free laundry every month and no other pg offers that. The WiFi is not that good and you have to pay for the electricity separately, they also charge 25 rupees everyday as common area maintenance which is actually exorbitant, except the housekeeping and the security, the staff is horrible, with no proper follow up to complaints

I stayed for 3 Months at COVIE and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness at the property was truly impressive – everything from the rooms to the common areas.

Edit :- The wifi is not working properly and it's required a lot of hassle to use internet. Rating change from 4 to 2 The food staff and room cleaning staff are good. The upper management needs to work on wifi and other necessary hygienic things
