I booked an OYO room, but when I arrived for check-in, the staff informed me that all OYO rooms were full and suggested that I book a room directly with them and cancel my OYO reservation. After raising a complaint with OYO customer care, they offered me a non-AC room instead of the AC room I had originally booked. So don’t book this property . Den of thieves

I booked through oyo for a couple of days. But they asked me to go another building which is kind of creepy and unhygienic. The rooms are nothing like shown in the pictures.

Just don’t waste The Money On this Place ..! Staff doesn’t communicate Properly ..! No proper response ..! They just scam You by paying in Oyo ..! But then they say No prepaid booking ..! Rooms were available but he says to pay by cash or else we can’t help it out ..! So don’t just get scammed by them ..! I would rather Pay extra n stay at a Good reviewed Hotel..! But at the end of the of the day I go into loss ..!

FRAUD ALERT****** I booked a AC room through OYO. Reached at 11.30 (30 mins before check-in time). Manager (someone in his 20's - total fraud in this young age - I don't know for what he is doing this - He is a threat to this society for sure) told that the rooms they take booking through OYO is "Non- AC Rooms". I requested for a AC Room. He said not possible. I said, I will pay you extra. Fraud said no AC rooms are available for that day - and - he can't do that - because I already paid through OYO App. Fraud manager Asked me to go and check the room. The room is in another building - another street - another address - not as mentioned in OYO App. Room was pathetic. I said, I don't need this room. . Booked nearby OYO room at 11.40 . Complaint registered with Oyo. . Oyo calls at 12-12.40 - Fraud manager said he offered AC room but I rejected and left the hotel. . OYO doesn't have problem for address change, AC room deniel etc. etc. . OYO said no refund - because I didn't call them from the property - Usually a OYO Customer call will be 30-40 mins lengthy - due to call drops and manager call - property owner call etc,. - so OYO want every customer to stand outside at 12pm to rectify their mistake . . No comments. Stopped using OYO. Please don't go here. Pickpocketers are better than this hotel management. No star. Middle fing#r is the only thing I can give to them.

Pls don't stay in this oyo hotel. Very dirty even no fan In the hotel. Lot of cockroach in the bed. I lost 1000 rupees because they are not refunding my money. When I try to check in they showed me a different room even that is worst so don't trust this property

Worst Room ever they changed the locations for standard class bookings and they shift them on another building where rooms is worst and service quality is very bad and without AC and they charged extra money

It was just a bitter experience for me as I booked a room for 3 family members from the cleartrip app but after reaching there at 9 :00 pm,at reception I was told that there is no room available from my phone number or within cleartrip.

Never ever make advance payment.. You are going to be cheated..!! What you see in photos is not what you get.. They take you to a.. Horrible building in the next street.. Which is run by them itself, and allot room there.. Of you have paid advance. The rude care taker demanded 1100/- another substandard non ac room in next street/ Galli for their own substandard facility..From 8 a.m to 11 a.m. And since I had already booked and paid... They told will not give room in the main building.. He told me "You should have seen the room before paying'. I managed a fresh up room near by.. Came back to oyo red velvett For checkin at 12 p.m. They told they will only give me the substandard room in next galli.. And the question from uncultured nasty caretaker guy is was Why did you pay in advance.? " I had paid for 2 days..managed for 2 hours in that room..checked out.. No refund...Booked another decent hotel near by..and escaped!
