I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, each for 15 days. While the price was reasonable both times, my experiences differed significantly. First Stay: The first stay was mostly positive, with a few issues. The room was spacious and regularly cleaned, making for a comfortable environment. The staff was generally courteous, and service requests were promptly handled. The hotel assured us that if we had a patient with us, they would provide transportation to and from the hospital even beyond their regular hours of 7 AM to 7 PM. However, this promise was not kept. On several occasions, the driver didn’t answer our calls, leaving us stranded with a sick patient and struggling to find an auto late at night. Despite this setback, the stay was overall satisfactory, especially given the value for money. Second Stay: The second stay was quite disappointing. Housekeeping services were poor—bed sheets weren’t changed daily, and when they were, they often had an unpleasant odor. I had to repeatedly go down to the reception to request fresh sheets, which was inconvenient and frustrating. However, the most significant issue was with the new driver assigned during this stay. This driver was consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. He rarely answered our calls, leaving us uncertain whether he would even show up. When he did answer, he was often rude and dismissive, making us feel like an inconvenience. On multiple occasions, we were left waiting for an extremely long time, which was particularly stressful because we were on tight schedules, balancing work and hospital visits. His unreliability was a major problem as we needed him to be punctual due to our demanding schedule. His rudeness and lack of professionalism turned what should have been a convenient service into a source of constant frustration. Positives: - Reasonable Price: The hotel offers good value, particularly for extended stays. - Spacious Rooms: The rooms are large, providing plenty of space to relax and work. - Location: The hotel is well-located but somewhat isolated. While this offers a peaceful environment, it can be challenging to find autos, especially late at night. - Kitchen Amenities: The rooms are equipped with a fully functional kitchen, complete with utensils and a fridge, which is very convenient for long-term guests. Negatives: - Transportation Service: The cab service was a major issue during both stays. Despite the hotel's promises, the service was unreliable. In the second stay, the new driver was particularly problematic—he rarely answered calls, made us wait for long periods, was extremely rude, and was consistently late, which disrupted our tight schedules of work and hospital visits. The hotel needs to address this by hiring more dependable and customer-friendly drivers or expanding operating hours as promised. - Inconsistent Housekeeping: The decline in housekeeping standards during my second stay was disappointing. The hotel should ensure consistent cleanliness for all guests. - Staff Communication: While most of the staff were friendly, there were clear communication breakdowns, especially regarding the transportation service. Overall Experience: My experience at this hotel was mixed. The reasonable pricing, spacious rooms, and kitchen facilities are definite positives, but the inconsistent housekeeping and poor transportation service, particularly with the new driver, were significant drawbacks. If the hotel can address these issues, I would consider staying here again. However, for long stays, particularly when you need reliable transportation and consistent service, these concerns must be resolved to ensure a satisfactory experience.

The rooms are good. We have opted for ac rooms and we got kitchen with stove etc also. Overall decent experience. Prices also around 1400 for ac rooms. Carry soap and etc
