They have one rate in the menu and they charge another rate in the bill, multiple customers were fighting for the same , but they try to justify telling we didn't get time to update the rates in menu card. Don't trust blindly ask for the correct rates first then order.

We forgot our bag and went away and remembered the bag after travelling 40 kilometers. Then we came back. Our bag was safe. Thanks to the staff and hotel management. We looked for phone number to call and confirm. But there was no phone number available. Hotel management can make phone number available on Google Map- if it is OK with them. It can be helpful at times. 🙏❤️
