Hotel Shree Shyam Family Restaurant

A decent new property located on Jhansi -Shivpuri Highway. Ideal for travellers going to Ujjain, Orrcha, Datia, or anywhere in MP or UP. Good spacious rooms and big bathrooms. We were travelling from Lucknow to Ujjain and stopped at Datia-Pitambara Devi enroute. We took this hotel for night as it was 12 at night,and to our surprise this hotel was far far better then expected on a highway. Tourism in MP has really evolved and the amenities for travellers are available en route every 5-10kms. Staff is humble and polite. Food is good.

Never visit this place, worst experience, slow service and they cheat on their guest as we pay for a AC room but for the whole night AC was not working. Apart from this, the ambience of the room was good and clean.

Actually we ordered manchurian dry and they serve cold manchurian and argue us and we gave return they charge bill of manchurian dry , very bad experience We ordered other food like sev sabji and roti thats good also jira rice and dal tadka is good

Very worst service Hotel staff cheats with client The behavior of the hotel staff is absolutely careless. These people cheat the customer. We had booked 2 rooms. When we came here, we came to know that he had given a room to someone else by taking extra money. Gave us a very dirty room and used towels and blankets.,

We visited this place for the Lunch. But the pathetic thing is not a single person from the staff is ready to attend the customer. All tables are very dirty and staff was not even bother to clean even after telling them trice. Finally after wasting 20 minutes, we end up without having a meal as no one came to ask for the order. You must visit this place if you want to punish yourself.
