The place is nice but the staff has no manners. They’re nosy, constantly calling and trying to get a look inside your room whenever they come by. So much for a peaceful getaway. The water did not work either. Considering the price, you would expect them to at the very least have well trained staff. Another massive blunder is their restaurant food is nothing short of abysmal, and there are of course no other options.

Our stay at Suro resort was one of the best trips and most calming trips of our lives. Its as close as to nature as it can be. The place is so calm its therapeutic. If you are looking for a getway for a weekend from stress free life this place is the best and the nature, the beauty of this place also how well its built is a divine as well as healing experience. The hospitality of the staff is beyond words. They made our stay so comforable and made us feel welcomed. A huge thanks to Kushal(one of the staff) for making our stay even better. Also the food is really amazing and we loved every bit of it. I give this place 5 stars out of 5. This place is a must visit you will fall in love with this place.

My stay at the resort was really great! The place has a calm and peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxing. The services were excellent, especially the help from Suraj and Om Prakash, who were both very friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

I stayed at this place for two days and the stay was amazing. The best part was the helpful staff. Puneet ji, Suraj ji, titu ji and om parkash ji. The staff is so polite and care taking. The provided the best room serivces. I loved the food too.
