Nothing great, specially at the kind of rates they are charging. The staff is warm and courteous . Good views from the property . Had booked the entire place with friends . Outside food is not allowed , The owner stays in the property which isn't clearly mentioned. Consider it as a home stay more than independent villas .

It’s a very good stay! The view is amazing! This home stay has a lot of games so you have good time! The food here is also very good! Chef Veenita is very sweet person and cooks very delicious food and also customizes according to your wish! Manager Deepak is also very good and helps you with everything you need! Suman staff boy is also sweet! There is no disturbance from staff! It was a great experience! If not for anything else go visit the place for the food!

We had a one of a kind experience at this Villa. The location and property are second to none which are clubbed with hospitable staff. Away from city crowd and busy hotel experience, this villa will give you an intimate private family outing. Special mention goes for the cook, Binita, who personally ensures that you get the best experience during your stay. Highly recommended!!

One of the worst home stay experience ever at Villa mountain crest, we had gone to celebrate a milestone birthday, the property was highly recommended by Stayvista staff, we paid close to 1.4L for two nights stay and 56k for food & overheads. The property is poorly managed by Stayvista and the owner lives on property. The staff is not hospitable, they don’t do their job properly and keep blaming Stayvista for everything. For every event related coordination between Stayvista and vendors there was miscommunication, both days we got breakfast at 10.30am, we had 5 small kids too who were left hungry till then. Only the food was good (home cooked style). For everything the staff says not allowed. Even bonfire was not allowed in the open, they were asking fireplace in living area to be treated as bonfire!! Barbecue was also not set up outside, we had to plead for it to be done outside where we were sitting. Pool water was dirty, rooms were in dilapidated state. Overall terrible experience.

The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. But honestly, we barely wanted to leave the villa - it was that incredible! The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and attention to detail. They made our stay truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable getaway, look no further. This villa is the ultimate retreat. We can't wait to return!" 5/5 stars!

Pathetic experience. Pool is not working. Linens were super dirty. Service could have been much better as the support staff is less. Above all, the property is maintained by stayvista and they had made our experience very bad specially their experience manager, Mr Sameer. He kept on lying to us about the pool once we got to know the pool is not working. After escalation, he ignored our 50 calls and then her superior took 6-7 ours for us to find a solution. They are projecting this as a five star property whereas the services and amenities are sub standard. Stayvista services itself is sub standard. Wasted our more than a day to find a solution which was not amicable but we had to agree. They are overcharging for the property then once you reach the property they refund you the amount when everyone is aware about the facilities not working there, even the owner was aware about it. He himself called stayvista sub standard.
