StayVista at Petal Perch

Petal Perch is a hidden gem. The property is newly constructed, rooms and spacious and interiors are very well done. Huge glass windows from living room add to the beauty. There are many cozy spaces inside and outside to relax including a mini area for children to play. The food was good and the staff was attentive. We had a great family time .

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at Stay Vista Petal Perch. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience due to a complete lack of professionalism and a failure to deliver on promised services. ​From the very beginning, things went wrong. We paid for our food in advance, which seemed reasonable at the time, but quickly became a point of contention. The menu we had selected was not provided. We had specifically planned our meals around certain dishes, and it was incredibly frustrating to be told they were unavailable after we had already paid. ​The quality of the food that was provided was also a major concern. The chicken served was clearly very old, and we were honestly worried about a potential health risk. It was rubbery and lacked any freshness whatsoever. ​To add insult to injury, we were charged for a barbeque that was never provided. We paid the money in advance, just like with the rest of the food, and the service was simply not delivered. This feels like a direct case of misrepresentation and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. ​The most shocking part of this experience was the complete lack of accountability from the management. We tried to contact the stay manager, Shubham, and the food and beverage manager, Shreya, multiple times to address these issues. They did not respond to any of our calls. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. When a customer has a problem, they expect to be heard and have their concerns addressed, not ignored. ​ Overall, the entire experience at Petal Perch was a complete letdown. The management's attitude was dismissive, the food was of terrible quality, and we were charged for services that were never provided. I would give this establishment a zero for professionalism and would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. You will not get what you paid for, and you will be met with a complete lack of concern from the staff.
