Remanso resort

They gave excuses and charged higher than what it shows on their own website. Charged 2500 for a room and do not give towels, soap, and there’s no hot water. I’ll not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Beautiful place to stay. We took a stop over here coming from Thekaddy. Rooms are nice, staff is supportive and takes care of your needs. Overall a good experience.

We stayed at Remanso Resort for over a week while visiting friends in Alleppey. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The two young men that looked after the resort most of the time were lovely and helpful. Wi-Fi was patchy but always worked outside in the courtyard. Would stay again.

Good service and neat resort and rooms are clean and hygenic and the staff are service is excellent and behaves nicely to the guest…..

😡☹️Not at all recommended. All they want is money, even they don't hesitate to ask money for basic facilities like towel, soap and water. Receptionist and owner both behave rudely and don't even want to serve the guests as if they're letting us stay for free.

If there could be negative stars, I would have given it. Pathetic service, super rude behaviour, and owner is too egoistic. Money hungry people trying to rob you for each basic facility you ask for. Never ever even think of staying here.
